I went to the website based on Jeanette's review and well... don't judge them on their website. I gave them a call and had an apt set within 3 minutes. They had someone available the very next morning which was awesome. The appointment was for between 8-8:30am and they were here by 8:10, perfect! The guy was so nice and took care of everything. He didn't leave my house until 11am... yes, almost 3 hours of cleaning my car. That's amazing. They bring everything in their van and just go to town. My car looks brand new and smells wonderful. The carpets seriously needed work too and now they are fab! All for $100, you really can't beat that... all I had to do was make a call. I know this review sounds like an infomercial but it seriously was super easy and top notch service. I recommend this service to anyone!

Only company we allow to clean our vehicles and been repeat customers going on a few years now. They overall do a good job, especially on the interior for a quick clean volume place. Exterior always comes out about as well as I expect for the limitations of this type of wash (it's eco friendly, about a cup or less of water). A few times, they haven't cleaned the roof of our vehicles (certainly not the norm though). Because it's still a hand wash. You get a overall more thorough cleaning when compared to one of the high volume full service automatic wash bays (these places are very hard on the paint). But I certainly would NOT bring my vehicle here covered in dirt and mud; I will usually pressure wash the exterior before coming in if it's excessively dirty (makes it easier on them and helps eliminate swirls in the paint). My advice for potential customers, use a little common sense and research their method of cleaning. I prefer their approach of cleaning for a daily driver if you keep your vehicle cleaned regularly (I typically let them clean my vehicles every 6-800 miles). Pay a little extra for a more comprehensive cleaning every few months. Totally OCD about your car? I would do it yourself or find one of the concourse OCD detailers who come to you for a high 3 or even 4 figure bill. Location is very convenient, next to Starbucks and Target. Can also join the military if you're looking to serve. I notice they are offering more packages, including ceramic. I asked about it last time I was there and was told the owner is the one who does it. Staff didn't know much about it and said I can email the owner for any questions. This is actually a relief for me and kinda cool that the owner will be there for something that requires machine polishing before application. I look forward to contacting him and discussing getting my new Jeep done soon.

Overall, my car wasn't in rough shape, just needed a simple interior clean and pollen wash with a few bug gunk removed. I normally take care of this myself but lately time has been rare so I figured I'd give them a try. Overall, they did an okay job - not perfect, but not bad. Still a few minor misses here and there. They probably would have gotten a four from me, until I noticed damage near the driver side that. This is pretty obvious damage on the side that I look at every time, so the fact I only saw this after I got this back indicates it was damaged during service. This is fairly bad too as you can see the metal underneath so now I'll have to figure out how to prevent this from rusting. Not sure if I can recommend again due to this unfortunate error.

The only thing I want to note is that tipping online is distributed to the whole team, not the individual(s) cleaning your car. Feeling that was a little unfair based on the circumstances, I ended up tipping again. In total, I spent about $96, which sounds steep, but those are three hours that would've taken me all day without looking half as well done! I opted for the $65 ultimate wash (+$5 for it being a crossover or "suv"), and I'm sad to say it was very disappointing. On first glance the major pollen on my car was gone, however when I actually looked into it there was a lot of spots missing or barely touched. I had to remind them to wipe down my windows because none of them were touched, my roof was still spotted with pollen, the inside of my doors were dusty/dirty as well as my grill, console and large parts of my rims. I had them do the windows and just decided to take my car through the car wash and detail the spots myself. Would not recommend for those looking for a very detailed clean. I gave them three stars, and paid because even though I wasn't satisfied with the service, the employees seemed nice.
