Overall good work and fair price. They're booked out two weeks ahead so you'll have better luck planning ahead. They just missed one spot and weren't able to get rid of the vinegar smell even with my odor removal add on. But everything else was done well. The car is definitely detailed cleaned. I dropped it off at 8:30 am and it was done by 1:30pm. I did see them remove some items from my car that I didn't even know were there... Made a in-person appointment yesterday, 3/30/2022 for today, 3/31/2022 to have my 2020 Lexus ES350 tinted. Appointment set, price given, received a confirmation email and asked to confirm the appointment, which I did. I arrived early today for my scheduled appointment only to be told the price was $100.00 more that what I was quoted at the shop the day prior. Why? Well, they say because door panels need to be removed and that makes it cost more. Why didn't you tell me that when you had the car there, in front of you the day before when I set the appointment with you? With the cost of gas and the frustration, this is unexceptable. You need to honor your price quotes... you had the car there and could see it... You had the make, model and year and still set the price. Unexceptable. read more

Just got my service done today and I am very happy. They gave me an affordable price, were very happy to help me, and did everything within 90 minutes! The tint selection was high quality so I chose .15 for the back and .3 for the front. they said everything including air bubbles would settle within 2 weeks. 10/10 service, thank you guys! read more

Think twice before taking your vehicle here. I chose Rite Now based on user reviews, but my experience was absolutely terrible. This review is a bit long, but read and beware if you are considering them for any kind of service. I took my car in for window tinting, to have the headliner cleaned and a spot on my hood polished. When I dropped it off, I discussed exactly what I wanted. When I picked it up, the entire car had been detailed (not what I asked) and they had forgotten to clean the headliner and hood. They hurriedly tried to take care of my requests, but did a very poor job. When I got home, I inspected the tint and saw that two windows had creases and bad bubbles and would need to be completely retinted. Then I discovered that while detailing the inside (which I didn't ask for) they removed my umbrella and sunshade. I stopped by to make an appointment to fix the tint and asked about the missing items. They couldn't find them. Of course, living in Florida, a sunshade and umbrella are vital necessities, so I had to spend $25 to replace them. When I brought the car back, they quickly retinted it and then presented me with a bill that was $314 (almost double what I should have paid). When I asked why, they told me it was because they gave me "Ceramic Tint." Well, that wasn't what I asked for (yet again) when I discussed it with their staff after dropping it off the first time. I wanted ordinary 30% film that they advertise on their roadside sign as $159. I guess I expected some discount considering they lost my items and I had to come back a second time to fix what should have been right the first time. I asked to speak with the owner (Ira) and he told me I was already getting an incredible deal (on ceramic tinting that I didn't ask for). He was accusatory, insisting that his team didn't lose my items (that wouldn't have even been removed if they didn't detail the car...that AGAIN I didn't ask for). Funny story, when I went back to look for them, a staff member showed me an entire drawer FILLED with umbrellas and sunshades. Anyway, you get where I am going with this. I let him know I was unhappy and wanted a discount. He again told me I was getting a great deal (BTW - how am I supposed to know if his team ACTUALLY installed the ceramic film anyway). I let him know that I'd be giving him a negative review and he basically told me he doesn't care about reviews. Finally, he just rudely asked me "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I told him I understood he had costs...and that I didn't expect to get the work for free. I proposed $50 off of $159 (the price it should have been). That seemed reasonable considering my time and expense. "FINE! Hand the phone to my guy." End of the story, I'm glad the services were discounted and I got some satisfaction out of this. Went here. With great expectations made the appointment. And was not in a rush paid for the full detail and. When I pick up my car. Was disappointed. With. There job Tree sap on car. Bumper has lots of spot of dirt. Door sill was not clean. The interior was great. But because it was not really dirty really went there to get outside good but. Told management. Owner called left a message and said my paint scratch can't come out . When I listen to message. I laugh. This guy has no clue. Or even spoke to me ask me what my issue was. The interior of my ride needed cleaning after a trip to the beach and they made it look brand new and it smelled great. I would have given 5 stars had they not mixed up my appointment (I was somehow not on their schedule even though someone called the day before to confirm my appointment) and the cashier quoted me $20 higher than what they told me the cost would be when I spoke to them on the phone, but that got sorted out. I cannot recommend this place. While the owner is nice, his employees are rude and lack accountability. I took my car in for a lot of work - including tint. Less than a week later I noticed 2 small tears on my drivers side window. No problem, I just brought it back to to have it fixed. The employee, however, told me that the tears came from me hitting the window with my seatbelt. What?!? A) I have never hit my window with my seatbelt, and B) I've had this car for 9 years, with tint, and have never had a tear. This was a flaw in the install, but the employee would not accept that. Instead, he proceeded to get into my car and demonstrate how to properly remove my seatbelt. Are you kidding me?!? Where the tears are I would have had to physically pull the seatbelt out and make a deliberate effort to hit the window. He told me that it wasn't his fault, that he has been doing this a long time.....yada yada yada. This was after he returned the car to me with a 3 inch bubble in the window he just replaced. His condescending attitude and lack of accountability is why I will not return nor recommend this place. read more

Great experience. I drive buy their shop every day on McGuire. Today I pulled in and inquired about getting my new F150 tinted. They fit me in and had it done in under 2 hours. It was so nice, I dropped off my wife's car when I picked up my truck, and had hers tinted as well. They even suggested a nice heat repelling ceramic tinted to put on her sunroof. It makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!! read more

I brought my car to Rite Now Mobile Detailing for interior detailing this morning and to say it was disgusting is an understatement of the year. It was covered in dog hair, spilt food / drink, and years of neglect. It was so bad that even I was ashamed to be driving it and I thought there way no way anyone could even remotely clean it up. Clearly, I was wrong! I picked up my car later in the afternoon and it was spotless! I am talking about better than when I bought it from the dealership... it was that clean! The guys at Rite Now Mobile Detailing took out my seats to get every hair, piece of dirt, and stain out of the car. All the seats were shampooed and the windows were clean. They cleaned every little crack and crevice in that disgusting car of mine. I am now proud to drive my car. I was shocked at the service we received, I requested a full detail on my cadillac escalade. Kenido came to my house at 11am and told me up front he had to be home by 2 and would be done before then (I was surprised for several reasons). At 1:30 he said he was leaving and would come back to finish the next day. Kenido left, with my new rubber husky floor mats and never showed back up or contacted me again. I tried to follow up several times and was put off (told someone would call me back) and the situation not rectified. It has been three months with no closure. Today I reordered floor mats to replace the ones the Rite Now representative disappeared with. I would still love closure, and if I ever receive it I will take the review down. Until then, this business has made pretty clear they are not quite as reputable as I had hoped. Most disappointing? We had hoped to have them start servicing both of our vehicles regularly which obviously won't be happening, I am out $150 for the floor mats and I went on my business trip without the SUV in the beautiful shape I had hoped for, even after I specifically explained to Kenido I was getting the SUV detailed for the trip I was taking that weekend. read more
