He asked me to send him a text with the details so I did. He was very responsive and provided me via text with a quote and detail on how he would clean the truck. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. I was really hoping to utilize Alura Services, but this is not a good introduction.

I think it's a great value and at under $40/month I can't afford not to. It does an ok job and get the big things off. Remember it's a car wash not a detailing. You'll need to do a deep clean separately for hard to get bugs etc. You car will get messed up. Whether it's your wheels getting scuffed on the entry, you goofing on getting your car into neutral or the bristles leaving scratches on your car. Be ready for it. It's nothing major and i prefer minor damage to a dirty car. They have a self use vacuum station and it's a life saver. Wash Up!
