Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. When i brung it up to the owner he said it's not my problem and got an attitude walking away waving his hands. Not sure if he's still there it was the chubby white guy with longish blonde hair. Wouldn't even help with my Tow when the car got stuck in his facility and wouldn't shift out of park. I've heard countless stories, even on yelp, of them breaking people's cars. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. This was my first time using Spiffy, I thought it was well priced for a simple car wash. I…read morerequested a 2PM appointment so I had enough time to run my errands and come back to get the car washed. To my surprise the technician arrived one hour earlier without any notice; fortunately I had just arrived and I gave the technician the keys. I proceeded to get a shower, in the middle of it I got a call, had to get out of the shower, check my VM and to my surprise I got one from Spiffy saying that my technician was trying to contact me (did not hear the door bell, not even once), and that if I don't respond in 5 minutes, they would leave and I would be charged 25 dollars. I rushed to get dressed and out the door. The technician needed the car code to move it to another spot as he needed to wash the car on a tarp; asking why he mentioned that it was because some HOA would sue them for the chemicals they use, that made me question what were they using to clean the car; I proceeded to tell him that it made no sense that he can wash it in my own driveway and that was my property to do what I needed with it; he insisted to move the car, which I did; but in the process I got frustrated and the technician got testy and I decided to stop and just moved the car. He finished the job, which was OK, not great but OK. After it was all charged I deleted my account with Spiffy and blocked their number. Never again, I don't need this type of issues in my life.

I needed the tinting removed from the rear windshield and replaced. I had done enough research to know that removing deteriorated tinting is a delicate process. I also got wax and an exterior detail. My car is gorgeous. I had to get a new battery today, and the shop owner could not believe how clean it was under the hood.
