I politely explained that I had cleared my schedule today to be available for this appointment and it would be difficult to reschedule in the near future. He agreed that he would go ahead and get it done today as planned, then within 30 minutes claimed his generator was malfunctioning. Pretty evident to me that this owner is unmotivated and unconcerned about keeping his commitments to his clients. With that said, I am glad the service was not performed as I highly doubt an individual with such poor work ethic would perform a satisfactory job.
