I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good car wash place. I'm glad I found ModWash!! I chose the basic MustWash unlimited plan for $19.99/month. You can get your car washed as many times as you want. My experience was excellent as there was a gentleman at the front who helped me set up my membership and gave me a free air freshener! You don't need a decal either. The machine scans your license plate. You go through the car wash then at the end they have free vacuum stations. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. They had vacuums, microfiber cloths, sanitizer, glass cleaner, air guns, and a floor mat cleaning station. It's even better than the old car wash I used to go to in Jacksonville that was a similar concept. Overall I am very happy with my experience and will be returning for frequent washes. read more

ModWash was my go to car wash. I love all the amenities they have for their customers. I will say it is a little pricey. One thing I do need to say is that I have gotten the top service, with the wheel shine, and my wheels have come out very streaky both times. I was very displeased with that. read more

This place is close to my house and I really wanted to love it because it would be so convenient. But one pass through and my car was still pretty dirty. I had bird poop on one side of my window and it barely made a dent. When I showed the guy who was working there, he just shrugged. I asked him if I could go through again to see if a second wash would help. But he said no come back tomorrow. Why would I come back? I wish we had a Mister car wash closer. I used to have a monthly pass with them and they were amazing. Overall bad customer service and not a good value. I mean, you have one job and it's to wash the car. It is a scam, They are signing you up for a monthly membership you never agreed to. Go to the BBB and read about the same complaints. I'm yet to hear about a refund for the year they charged me. This had to be the worst wash I've ever gotten. I left just to go home to actually clean my car so I was super disappointed to spend $24 dollars just to see flashing lights. Car wash bristles are made of neoprene, I believe, they're definitely soft on vehicle. Staff is alright, never had an issue with them. Been a client here for nearly 6 months, great car wash. Good vacuums, could be better, thinner openings, to fit tighter spots, but suction is excellent. Got a little air sprayer too. I hand dry my car afterwards, sun side first. I was in the Orlando area for about a week and the night before making the big drive back to Los Angeles, I decided to do a scrub of the rental mini-van as we had driven to the beach and I think there was more sand in the car than at the beach. I have never been to one of these types of carwashes so I was glad there was someone there manning the payment machine. Price was very reasonable for the what you can all do at ModWash. Went through the wash which got the outside nice and clean. There were a lot of bays available to do the drying, but I wasn't a fan of some of my other car cleaners. They played super loud music to show off their sound systems and I think they should make it a rule not to have that. The vacuum wasn't as powerful as I would have liked, but got a vast majority of the sand out of the car. I loved that they had dashboard cleaners readily available. The ones I've now been to in Los Angeles since trying out ModWash just have vacuums. Great place to do a cheap and quick clean of the car. You've got to pay attention to the entrance and exit signs as this location is in the midst of a bunch of other businesses so it's easy to go the wrong way. read more

I cancelled my membership for me and my spouse after two months of giving them a chance. We have two black bmws and the car washed scratched our cars to the point we will need repair work !! Please keep track of the the scratches ! Before you go in and after ! Left my car really clean the only bad this is be careful of your windshield wipers, I would advise them to have some blue duck tape and tape them down because my windshield wipers blew away, I luckily had a spare but for those who don't. Car Wash was not working properly. I have gone here several times prior and never had a problem. I wasn't happy with the wash and brought it to the managers attention and asked for a refund. He outright said no. He wasn't concerned about losing a weekly customer. I will dispute the charge with may credit card company. I would advise not to visit this business. We drove up to FL from Chicago so our car was DIRTY. Saw this wash on the way to Walmart and stopped here and let me tell you everyone here is SO helpful and kind. When you drive up someone is standing there and a lady was there and she helped me do everything. She was SO NICE!!! I ended up doing the unlimited deal since we will be here for awhile. And I've already got my money's worth. Came here 3 times so far and my car is super clean every time. I love that they have carts with towels n window cleaner too. Great place. We have 2 new Modwash locations in my area and I decided to try them out since one is close to work and the other close to home. The staff at both of these locations have been very friendly and helpful. I signed up both of my cars for their best unlimited wash packages. The price advertised was $26 per car, per month with a $5 family discount on the second car. I paid $27 and $26 for the second car. Not sure how that was figured out. Also never saw anything anywhere stating that this was a promotional for the first month and the following months the charge would be $39 per car. Putting that aside, the 3 times I have been there for a wash, my cars have been looking great. There are several new car washes in the area that offer the same services, so now it is all about competitive pricing. read more

I reached out to cancel my membership due to moving on 5/24 and never heard back anything. They then charged me for another month and would not refund me because they said they tried to "reach out" I have received no calls or emails from them. I was then told they can't refund a past charge even though it is still pending. I will never use mod again after this terrible experience all just to make a quick buck read more
