Found this place on Yelp and I'm always willing to help out a mom and pop shop than a chain. Be advised, it is behind the Mobil gas station. As mentioned before in another review by Stephanie, you do have to go towards the right and in the back to get to the car washing area. There was someone ahead of me already getting their car washed, but the guy, Alex, came up to me and asked what I what kind of service I was looking for and said he would get started with my car ASAP. Alex is a very thorough and attentive to the cars he washes. He took his time with the car ahead of me and mine as well. I appreciated that because my car was dirty. It was absolutely disgusting and I'm so sorry I had to put him through that. He was also super friendly striking up a casual conversation which was nice. For what I paid for, I will most likely be returning here. He also told me of additional services they can do, (cleaning my headlights, tire shine, etc.) the next time I come around. Will do. They did a phenomenal job with the seats, floors, dash, trunk and outside of my car in such swift time and with a smile on their faces! I truly appreciate how friendly and helpful they were. I showed up and was a little confused on how to go through the wash. You have to go around the store, on the right side, behind the back and pull into the car wash. There was one man there and he was very helpful. He did a great job and took his time with the job. I'm not gonna lie, my floors were pretty gross and hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Now they're clean and beautiful! He did a great job and for a great price! I will definitely go back. My only thing was when I got in my car it smelled very heavily of cleaning supplies to the point where I did begin to cough. The folks that work here are courteous, quick, and professional and always ensure your utmost satisfaction. They offer a variety of services for very reasonable prices -- I typically just get an exterior wash with tire shine but have also gotten my car waxed here. In every case they do a wonderful job, even with those tricky Florida bugs that can cover the front of your car. Other than the wonderful customer service, the greatest part about Bay Detailing is that they don't use any machines that can scratch up your paint job. You can stay in your car while they hand wash and hand dry, leaving your car looking spotless without any swirl marks that those automated washes leave behind. So I came here wanting to get my car detailed before I go to get in, the gentleman was very nice and very respectful. I wanted to do the works, meaning shampoo, car wash, the whole nine yards. I would have given this place 5 stars, but as I'm driving away, I'm starting to see little box that were left till dusty . and I also noticed that it looked like my windows on the inside we're not clean as well. For 50 bucks I was expecting it to be pristine. After the gentleman was done, he let me take a look at the car, it honestly looks immaculate, but it was the little things that meant a lot as far as getting my car detailed there were still a few dusty and unclean spots. I also told the gentleman to shampoo my car, but none of my seats were wet or appeared wet. Toilet is I probably wouldn't have paid $50 for this type of detail. read more

He said it would take an hour so I took my book to an outside table in the shade and had coffee and blueberry muffin (from the adjacent Mobile station) while I waited. Time went quickly and Alex said they were done. He gave me a tour of our 2016 Honda CR-V that looked brand new. It even smelled new. I had emptied the glove box and center console and everything else loose in the car but Alex found stuff that must have been under seats or in crannies I didn't know about. He even scraped off the old double-stick tape on the dash from a long dead dash camera. It cost $85 and was worth every cent. We tipped them $15 because it seemed they went beyond duty. read more

When I took my dark blue 2015 Mazda 3 in for a wash and wax, Alex said it really needed an orbital wax as it had extensive damage to paint. His price was very competitive, and he did a test spot so I could see what the results would be. I took it in this morning and just picked it up. I can't believe how great it looks! He pointed out the few spots that he wasn't able to buff to perfection due to rock damage etc. I would highly recommend this business and will take my Subaru in for a wax next week. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Here's why: The business is hard to find and is behind a Mobile gas station. I called the "owner" to find out about pricing for a full detail of the car. She quoted me $70 and approximately 2 hrs to complete, which I agreed to. When I talked to her, I followed the address she gave me, which put me in the center of Winter Garden. Upon arriving at the "shop" (just a covered driveway behind a gas station), they said that they don't shampoo or do a full service detail. The only thing they had for me was a 20 minute wash that cost like $15. Furious that I drove all the way there to find out they don't do a full detail or shampoo, I called the "owner" lady again and she argued with me about how I never told her what I wanted, even though I specifically said full detail and shampoo, they don't offer that service. The OWNER continued to ARGUE with me over the phone and I told her I would take my business elsewhere, and she replied "Good! We have plenty of other customers!" and HUNG UP ON ME. Please, do not support businesses like this...the owner is a disgrace and should've never argued with me or tried to deceive me into thinking they do a full detail service. I drove straight from there to Sweet Water Wash in Dr. Phillips, FL. Much better prices, quality, and guest service. Highly, highly unsatisfied with Bay (No) Detailing. read more

The guy strikes me as honest. Soon as I arrived he asked me what I wanted done. For $9 he will just power wash the front part of the car, the part that the love bugs will eat the paint off of. OH MY GOODNESS! The most ridiculous car wash I've ever been to. I have a 4 door car and they were trying to charge me $15 starting price. When I asked what that meant, they said depending how dirty my car was so what I did was clean all the trash out of my car on my own, water bottles, napkins, coins, and any other big item. All that was left was the tiny dirt on carpets that is easily vacuumed. They complained that my car had too many "leaves" inside. There wasn't, actually. It was tiny broken pieces of leaves if anything. They didn't even take out my car mats to vacuum under them. The whole "wash" took the two guys less than 10 minutes. Ridiculous and I don't recommend to anybody. You're better of paying $5 at a drive through and getting the free vacuum. In Miami, I can pay $12 and my car will be spotless in and out. read more

I haven't been on Yelp for years and logged in today just to be able to leave a review to this place. I honest to God think that this place has received 4 stars so far for 2 reasons: 1- they are all fake OR 2- the customers who thought their wash was a great never got a very good one in their lives. I went there after reading the reviews here and I regret for ever going there. First, it seems that they try not to use water to clean your car. Second, They DO NOT remove your floor mats from the car. They just vacuum it over and around and still my mats looked like they have not been cleaned at all! Third, they don't clean your windows from the inside and do not wipe you leather seats. My 7 year old son could have done a better job than them and how dare them charge what they charge for this mediocre job?!!!!!! Fast forward 4 months, my dad moves to FL and on his own ends up at this place without knowing I ever been there. He goes out to get a "hand car wash" and comes back home spitting fire, outraged about the over priced awful car wash he got. When he tells me when I start laughing because he got ripped off like I did months earlier. His complaints?! The same as mine! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
