However, after a month of going back and forth, he eventually told me, "I'm sorry, we can't replace your sunglasses." I asked to speak with the owner. The manager told me to come back the next day. I did -- again, after a month of follow-up -- only to find that the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He didn't seem to care about the situation at all. After years of trust and loyalty, I didn't expect this kind of treatment. All I wanted was for someone to take responsibility and handle the matter with honesty and respect. This is one of the only this style car wash that I've been to where they actually pre wash your vehicle before you drive it through the wash which totally helps a little bit. They have a whole bunch of vacuums as soon as you exit the wash which totally makes it awesome to suck out all the yuckies from your vehicle, on the vacuum pole you'll find some clean rags and a spray bottle for the detailing of your own which totally helps as you can get it done the right way yourself which I did like as it's a bit of them washing then it's DIY for the rest!
