I called Brando Towing at 12.14pm and was told $160 and 30-40 minutes wait for a 10 mile tow of a small economy car. Imagine my confusion when an old conventional tow truck from Jungle Towing dispatched by Brando showed up to pick up my car after waiting 1 hr. From the very beginning, the driver proved himself to be disrespectful and incompetent. Now, my car is lowered but not obscenely so. After seeing the sports cars on flatbeds on Brando's page, i thought I was in good hands. I was wrong. The tow truck driver proceeded to impact my vehicle on both the front core support and the rear exhaust while attempting to get the forks underneath the vehicle. The driver was clearly inept and unapologetic when I pointed this out Next, he attempted to use a jack to raise my vehicle. He placed the jack incorrectly on the side of the vehicle, flexing my side skirt and damaging my vehicle underneath. He lowered the vehicle down, repositioned the jack and and lifted it again somewhat correctly. When confronted with these facts, the driver was unapologetic and denied placing the jack incorrectly. I was standing right there and saw you do it dude. What do I have to gain by making that up? Finally, my car was on its way. When we arrived to my cul-de-sac, he proceeded to use my neighbor's driveways to turn around, scraping my exhaust on their concrete in the process. After finally lowering my car off of the tow truck, I was shocked when the driver told me he only accepts cash and that he had already messaged me that when he said he was on the way. I received no such text, I never would have agreed to pay in cash and never agreed to do business with Jungle Towing in the first place. After pointing these facts out, the driver finally agreed to accept cash app as payment. This shady guy is clearly trying to avoid taxes and culpability. I am a disabled combat veteran. This car, that I have owned for 10 years, has served as my therapy. This company showed zero respect for my vehicle. I will never recommend this company to anyone. !!! AVOID BRANDO TOWING AND JUNGLE TOWING AT ALL COSTS !!!

They discovered I had a hole on the interior sidewall and needed a replacement. They didn't have my exact tire on hand but got something safely on my car asap that would get me mobile again. Omar and his team did an amazing job on such a short time window I had. They even held my damaged tire for me next day because I was neglectful and forgot to take it with me (warranty claim purposes).
