I get an email from the designer in Florida for my commercial property in Delaware stating they were not licensed in Delaware. A BS answer. They advertise on their website Delaware. They checked the codes here for the design. They may have been in business for 21 years but like a local surgeon stated " you're only as good as your last case. That rank a zero.

Turns out a squirrel made a home under one of my panels and ate through some wire and a converter. The techs found the area where the damage was done and fixed it with a new part. By the way, they handled my service call within 2 days and also had to deal with snow in spots on the roof. They took the damaged component to remove it from the monitoring system and added the replacement. Exact did my install over two years ago and can't tell you how happy I am that I chose them for my solar system. FIRST CLASS!!!!

Pretty quickly got the panel mounts on the roof, or technical "panel ready." Our contract specified that they were due about 70% of the total payment at that stage. I was wary about that, but made the payment in good faith. Now, 11 months later STILL NO PANELS INSTALLED! We've been "scheduled" 45 times, and every single time another excuse. Entering the 2nd summer without the benefit of solar power we've paid for. Tomorrow is the 46th scheduled appointment. Perfect weather. Absolutely no good reason not to be here. But I'm betting that Star will stand us up again. This has been THE WORST customer experience of my life. Stay away from this horrible outfit. April 19th. Yesterday we were "promised" that finally the work would be done today. This morning, perfect day, nothing. When I get through to them, Blanca tells me they had an emergency repair in Newark that morning (a frequently heard excuse on previous no-shows) but they would be here soon. Come afternoon, nothing. I called Dave at 4:30. He says, "they didn't show up? They were supposed to come straight to you after a repair in Newark." 'll look into it. Haven't heard back.

I booked an appointment for service to my snowblower. When the tech came, he started working on it…read moreand then told me I needed a new choke switch. Never once said anything about anything else. Got a message saying I needed the choke switch and a new carb. The service PM I was getting was a full service. Oil change, spark plug, carb cleaning, belt inspection, etc. The choke switch was replaced and new carb installed. Tech told me via text that he was done and machine was running good. Upon coming home from work, I started looking over machine. Oil was black, spark plug was rusty (so never changed) and the bolts to the cover were dusty so no inspection was completed. When I sent pics, I was told that he didn't change the spark plug bc the machine ran good. They offered to come back but at this point all trust was lost. I paid for the parts but that was it. Yes, the machine starts good but after using it during this snow, the carb is leaking fuel and it does not throttle up at all so were there any adjustments made. I have to stay in #1 and go very slow. To top it all off, I went back and saved all my ring footage and watched what the tech did. Let's just say that the footage don't match what they told me was done. The owner told me that I didnt need to pay but I wanted to pay for the parts as I'm not that type of person. The reason for the review is because how many others do they do this to. If you pay for service, you should get the service you paid for and not what they think. Now I need to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly.
