Immediately he was so welcoming and has a HUGE warehouse full of front doors ( not just doors he is ordering from somewhere else) His price also beat these prices but literally almost HALF.. Another note, after getting the doors installed my kids somehow locked my dogs outside for some time and they scratched our front door pretty bad ... My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

Then he recommends that the doors open outward at the main entry, which that usually is not how it works number one number two in snow country we would never be able to get out in a good storm. When my wife brings up the fact that we won't be able to get out, he suggests we should build some patio covers. Fortunately, we have done a lot of research and the other door companies who came out validated our research, so sadly, we will be going with another company.

They also made a handshake agreement to install security doors, which is why we gave them the contract. They did not install these doors and clamed "this wasn't in the contract". Once they collected money, they had no intention of completing the doors. (See text message below from the owner stating they would install the screen doors). He added it to "notes" but the contract. See owners response below, he claims they were not the right doors, how can they agree to install something they didn't measure? Did they never have intenion of installing the doors? Dishonest and unethical business practice, terrible customer service. Do not work with this company.

March 1, John sent us a contract and pricing. We negotiated on pricing. March 2, John came back to our house and spoke with our contractor to work out the details and collected our deposit. March 9 at 2:35pm, I texted John when he will be coming to our house tomorrow, he replied back on March 10 at 9:14am: I should be there around 9:00am. I will be picking your windows this afternoon. March 11, the day of installation, I texted at 9:48am, "On your way?" He replied, "I'm still here at my supplier for your window John Chong Lee." I replied and said, "I thought you picked up on Thursday?" I received a reply at 11:58am, "We have a problem. Windows are finished but they made it with wrong frame. It's supposed to be retrofit frame but they made it with nail on new construction frame. We can't install these with nail on frame. I'll can you in 3 mins. Received several texts back and forth and talked. Nothing Installed! Windows won't be ready till Wednesday. March 14 2:59pm and 7:12pm, followed up with John to see what time he will coming for installation. March 15 replied at 8:07am with the following: I just saw your text. Your windows will be ready today and I'll find out what time I can pick them up and get back to you." March 15 texted back to John at 10:22am and 12:51pm for updates. Received a text at 12:51pm with the following: I can pick up the windows at 3 today and they got everything right on the sizes and frames. They cut the wood and metal outside on the walkway. After hanging the doors, there was a lot of leveling to do that followed by touch up on all the nail marks and gaps in the wall frame. They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation.
