In our case, he identified that our 49 year old electric panel was one found to be a risk by insurance companies. "Zinsco electric panels are a fire and shock hazard and are no longer approved by electrical codes due to a history of malfunctioning circuit breakers that can melt to the bus bar." Garritt changed out the panel in just a few hours. Then efficiently added three new garage circuits, one for lights, one for garage door motors and for electric water heater.
