As one poster said before, the owner is a person who cares about the vehicles that come through his doors to be worked on. And about the people who bring them to his doors. If he didn't, it takes HIS time to take those photos and send them off to me, and to you. But time taken DURING a repair or addition to a vehicle is so much better than, "Here's my vehicle." and hours or days later, "There it is, all done." Don't you agree? I do. It's not easy because we're all different. But Chris, the owner, is willing to work with me, and from the looks of the reviews, a lot of different people with different car issues. That takes patience, ability and a mind geared toward the customer. And that has to take place BEFORE he even gets to work on the vehicle. I have a very small protective film installion (very small) and I had a very small "window" or timeline to get it done. He got it done. Nicely, well-done, and happily---for me, and I think for him, too. His knowledge and interest in vehicles and his business is obvious. Some might say it's over the top. I say, 'no' it isn't. It's to demonstrate he likes what he's working on, and what he is doing. I got that impression from almost his first sentence talking about the type and kind of cars he's worked on. Chris is a pro. You will know it, too. And he was recommended by a nearby auto repair place that's been in biz since the beginning of the Great Recession and I go to them. This is my second attempt at posting this review as my first copy apparently isn't public anymore... Chris Ackby and team are some of the best car people in the area. Firstly, I appreciate how responsive they are. Not much is more annoying than to have to chase people down to get a status update on your vehicle. These folks made sure to keep me updated every step of the way to parts which had to come in as well as the status of repairs. This level of comfort is not to be underestimated. They have also brought back life, and made great body repairs, to my recently purchased used sports car. I admit to having buyers remorse until they got their hands on it. They spent a lot of time, and effort, to make my car look as if it's brand new. It's really a stunner to look at now both inside and out. I won't trust any of my detailing, or maintenance needs, to anyone else from here on out. Thirdly, Chris and team are literally some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to speak with. They are polite, helpful and full of information. They explain their craft as if they are explaining how to prepare a fine meal. Who wouldn't want to leave their vehicle with people who have such a respect, and appreciation, as this? I highly recommend CMA. I can't recommend Chris and CMA Enterprise highly enough! I had a gallon of milk explode in the back of my car and I would have never imagined how much damage that can do. We tried everything that we read and googled online to try and resolve the issue ourselves. I finally realized I needed to get the car to a professional. I called several detail shops who heard "milk" and said no way - not touching it! Then someone referred me to Chris. He was fantastic. He communicated constantly and thoroughly so I always knew what was going on. He worked with my insurance company when I filed a claim. He sent photos as the cleaning progressed and was even willing to give up part of a planned vacation to try and get my car back to me earlier (which I insisted that he NOT do!) Chris had to completely strip the entire interior of my car, replace all of the carpet, and reinstall all the seats while at the same time treating the car to get rid of the smell and cleaning years worth of pet hair and the left behinds of several boys. He also had to fix a rigged lazy shortcut repair job on my airbags that he found during this debacle. My 2010 Enclave looks, smells, and feels like a brand new car! Thanks Chris!! read more

Recent rains caused our car to leak. We were referred to CMA Enterprise for identification of the problem and repair. We found Chris to be the most professional person we could ever have chosen to help solve our problem. He listened to us and inspected the car. During the initial visit, he suggested areas to search and spoke of similar problem experiences. We left the car at his shop. Chris kept us informed of his progress by phone and pictures and made professional recommendations about the value of the car versus the cost of repair. His knowledge of the issues and management of the repair exceed all others we have met in this arena. He was totally candid about his approach to addressing the water leaking issue. We found him to be completely trustworthy. He went far above and beyond the call of duty trying to resolve our problems. At the end of the contract, his charge for this excellent service was far less than we expected. We confidently recommend him to anyone else experiencing similar problems. This past winter was hard on my car and a new puppy didn't make it any better. Chris and his team were amazing, they picked up my car and didn't blink an eye. The dog hair was everywhere as well as salt marks on the carpets. When the car was returned that evening not only were the dog hairs gone from the carpet and seats but the dashboard and beverage cup holders were clean too. The windshield was amazing, it's quite hard for me to clean it in this car because of the extreme inward slant but they got it, not a streak to be found! The body was clean and Chris took the time to explain about some of the scratches that will need to be worked on more and how that can be taken care of. Wow, someone willing to take the time to explain car work to me! I can't recommend this shop more, they're friendly, are upfront with the cost and timing, and when I called to inquire for a date to have the work done they worked with me on a mutually convenient time. I've been using Chris for 12 years. He has serviced our family cars (over the years, 5 Infiniti, 2 suburbans, 2 expeditions, a Mercedes, mini, and Lexus). I'm a car guy so he has also done concourse detailing on my E Type, Comp Ferrari, 56 Austin Healey, 65 Lincoln convertible, MG, various Porsche, Audi R8 and that Lotus i wish i hadn't wrecked. Everytime, a showroom result. They are conscientious and caring, usually on time but have been late finishing a couple times. Im not counting it against them because it always involved getting something a bit better, more polished, more durable. I first heard about Chris from a car guy buddy. I have driven out to chantilly from Arlington for over a decade because i like the trip. But Chris will gladly pick up and even leave a loaner if necessary. First time i was thinking to myself, "Do i really want to drive a half hour to get my car detailed?" Thirteen plus years later, you know the answer. Totally worth it. read more

I can't give enough praise to this place (and Chris)! A few weeks ago my car flooded and I was looking for places to detail it. After calling several places, I found CMA Enterprise where I spoke with Chris on the phone. He was very reassuring and gave me so much information that I did not even know I needed. I took my car here for complete interior detail and restoration and Chris, the owner, was super helpful. He is very very detailed on every car he works on. He treated my not so nice car the same as the exotic cars he is working on. Chris provided me with constant updates and lots of before and after pics of his progress. His price? First of all, whoever the hell Cory C. didn't meet with Chris the owner. That has got to be total BS. I've been getting my car detailed at Chris's place since 2010. We brought our new to us 2004 Toytota Corolla to Chris to in hopes that he could remove a heavy cleaning smell that had come from the previous owner or the car dealer where we purchased the car. He did an amazing job removing the smell (there is no smell at all which is what we were hoping for) as well as restoring our headlights which had become foggy over time. Not only did he assess the situation with swiftness, he also followed up with the auto insurance to set up the required claims, placed order for parts and delivered it in quick time.
