That is one of my favorite shrimp dishes thanks to my sister in law who makes a wonderful version of them. What I was served as shrimp and grits was nothing like I expected. Tortuga's makes a batch of very flavorful grits, puts them in a loaf pan, chills them, slices them, and fries them.
