Chai to guess and matcha cocktail.

Our go to cocktail drink place! We had a sneak peak of the new upcoming cocktails and they were on point! We always have a great time with Trinity. Everyone else is also amazing. Great customer service and cocktails and food are always amazing. We absolutely love coming here.

This place is a must go if you are in the area. The service was top rate. The food came out hot and delicious. And.....bonus. They made an extra piece of Blueberry Cheese cake that was delivered, complementary to our table by Kaylee. She was awesome and the Cheesecake was amazing!! You need to have one. We will be back for sure.

Good food! It looks small on the outside but the place is actually huge. Sneaky fact, their bar menu is actually different than the restaurant menu. The cuban sliders are AMAZING 10/10. Cannot recommend them enough. It is a little loud in there when there's not a lot of people but it's a good spot!

Seared Ahi Tuna Salad & Fried Green Tomato Appetizer

I recently moved to Clarksville and had compiled a list of all the places I wanted to try. I had gone to every place on my list except Clyde's. The 4.1 rating on Yelp and mixed reviews regarding the consistency of the kitchen definitely had me tampering my expectations, but I decided to roll the dice and give it a try (I'd already been everywhere else and I value risking new experiences over relying on what I know - because even if it's terrible, it's just supper, not the last supper). With all that in mind, I was so pleasantly surprised by my entire experience. The drinks were incredible, the food was delicious (including the steak being properly temped and flavorful), and I had timely and wonderful service. Everyone from the host to the bartenders to the manager was absolutely lovely. I can confidently say that my experience with Clyde's has been the best of any dining experience in Clarksville. Definitely a gem of the area. Here's a breakdown of the specific dishes I ordered and what stood out. Fried Green Tomatoes (appetizer) Really cool idea with the trio here. Everything about this dish spoke to my ancestors. As a southern gal through and through, I love me a fried green 'mater! And you're telling me I can have a mater on a mater, pimento cheese & bacon on a mater, and grilled shrimp on a mater? Say less! I'm in. Really loved each pairing, but gotta say the grilled shrimp one was the best. I'd eat a whole tray of just that. Ahi Tuna Salad: straight forward, delicious, generous sizing Mahi Sliders (Bar menu exclusive) These were fun. Great small bite. Really enjoyed the element of the fried plantain in this slider. As a sandwich artist at home, real OGs know that often times texture / flavor is what sets something up for greatness (anyone who puts chips on their sandwich at home gets it). Loved the slaw on these. I think the only thing I would have done different is less sauce (I assume it's like a tartar riff, creamy, with bright acidity, hint of sour), but it's just not my favorite kinda sauce, but I'm sure I'm in the minority on this in the south and I accept that. 14 oz Ribeye with Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Broccolini - again straight toward. Steak was cooked to correct temp, juicy flavorful. I don't think the steak sauce on the plate is even necessary. The meat speaks for itself. Garlic mash and broccolini went perfect with it. So that's the food. Bar was also a beautiful surprise. First off- it's the only bar in Clarksville I've been to that had what I consider bar staples like Antica Red vermouth, Cynar, Montenegro (having digestifs in general in this town automatically sets them apart from any other spot). Then when it comes to the craft cocktail menu, I have to say Ryan knows what he's doing. Drinks were bright, balanced, and beautiful. I first had "Razzberried Treasure" (pictured) and there's nothing not to like about it. A razz gin sour? Yes please. Any day of the week. There were also some delightful surprises like "Cherry Bomb" which I had second, such a fun twist...love the fruit forward first note followed by a lovely back of the throat pepperiness (almost like szechuan-esque). Then I ended on the perfect one to end on - which was the aptly name "Almost 10:30" So yeah, 10/10. ‍ Clarksville, come here. Send new people here, first! Hahaha - set a good tone

Brunch Menu

I've been wanting to try this newly added Brunch menu but I ended up ordering lunch anyway. I chose the Turkey wrap with fries, it was decent. The avocado and veggies were fresh, but the tortilla was raw, it could use some grill marks. My company ordered the Chicken & Waffles and seemed to enjoy it. The service was mid for it not to be too busy. The interior is nice and fairly clean. I might try and sit at the bar on my next visit, it offers a good view of the golf course.

You really can't go wrong with the steaks. I had the buttery ribeye cap, and it absolutely lived up to its name. The meat was incredibly tender with a rich, buttery flavor. My husband ordered the skirt steak chimi, and the chimichurri was so fresh, oniony, and flavorful that I kept dipping my steak into it. Hands down the best chimichurri I've ever had! The cocktails were excellent too, from a perfectly refreshing mojito to their bramble. Our server, Justice, was attentive, knowledgeable, and gave fantastic recommendations that made the meal even better. One thing that really stood out was how kid-friendly they are, especially for such a nice restaurant. We visited between 2-4 p.m., and more than half the tables had children, which made for a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I'm so glad we finally tried this place, and I already can't wait to come back and explore more of their creative menu!

Today I had lunch here with my family. I'm on vacation from California with our brother's family…read morefrom Oklahoma and our cousin's from Washington, and we're all at my sisters house who lives very near here and comes regularly enough to know people by name. We asked to sit on the patio ( 8 of us) and were promptly seated and ordered drinks. When our waitress Zoey brought the drinks, she accidentally dumped the entire tray on my head! Pineapple juice, water and soda. I had ice and liquid dripping down my head and in my lap. I wasn't mad... Accidents happen... but she never actually apologized! She mumbled a quiet "oh sorry" then went off to get new drinks. She didn't try to clean the mess off the table, or the floor, or my chair, nor did she bring us any towels! We used all the napkins on the table cleaning it up ourselves... then when our food came we had to ask for more napkins for our meal. She never acknowledged the mess or tried to make amends of any kind for what happened. At the end of the meal she dropped the check with the automatic 18% gratuity because we were a party of 8. The lack of concern really bothered us after we left so we dropped back by a few hours later and my sister went to talk to a manager, who was extremely kind and apologetic, and even offered to pay for dry cleaning (which wasn't necessary but it was a very nice gesture) so apparently the waitress never even told a manager what had happened! We were going to the museum after and to visit the navy ship in town after lunch, but instead first we had to go back to her house and I had to shower and rewash and dry my hair before we could go anywhere, wasting an hour of our family time together. I'm not looking for anything except an apology and acknowledgment that it was a pretty messed up thing that happened. And had that manager known about it and would've stopped by the table with a sincere apology, I wouldn't even be writing this review. Anyway, rant over. The food was delicious and I will eat here again when visiting my sister, but only with a different waitress.
