Thursday was our first time visiting the rooftop bar at the Shelby Trio. After visiting a couple of…read moreother spots in downtown Clarksville, we decided we decided on a nightcap at the Skyline 500. When we got there around 9pm, there were only 8 other customers there. I love the layout and design of the inside area, with the bar being right as you enter after getting off of the elevator. A security person and one bartender were the only employees there, and they were both quite nice. As a huge fan of outside and rooftop bars, there were 3 things that kept this getting 5 stars. 1 - The alcohol and beer selections were quite limited. I did expect more options from an upscale establishment. 2 - The outdoor area was definitely smaller than I expected. It's not tiny by any means, but I assumed there would be more outside seating to enjoy the great rooftop views. 3 - There is no bar access on the outside rooftop. You have to go back inside, to the opposite side of the bar, to get additional drinks. Perhaps on busier nights, there are servers so you can remain outside. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit and love the Shelby's Trio concept. I'll be back.

I had a couple of hours to kill before a tattoo appointment across the street (reviewed separately)…read moreso I stopped here for lunch. It was very busy around 12:30 mid-day, but I was seated immediately. There is downstairs and an upstairs that looks over the first floor. They have a huge menu. Lots of pub fare. Beer cheese, nachos, various pizzas (tons of combinations, most with lots of meat, and you can create your own). They also have flatbreads (again, several combos, some veggie, some meaty). Entrees include steaks, pork chops, grilled chicken, chicken tenders, salmon, and shrimp tacos. Large selection of sandwiches (turkey, clubs, BLT, reuben, prime rib). And at least 10 different types of burgers. I had the cowboy, made with Monterey Jack, bacon, sautéed onions, mushroom, lettuce, tomato, and pickle). Huge burger (I only ate half). The fries were hot and tasty. The burger arrived medium as I had ordered and the produce seemed fresh. The mushroom and onion flavors were lost somehow, and the burger could have used a little more seasoning, but overall solid for being local to Clarksville. I had a couple of cocktails, some type of margarita with cranberry, and a basic mule. They were fine, but nothing special and nothing I would order again. They have a ton of beers here, and that's what they are known for, so if you're a beer drinker, that's your best bet. They have brunch on the weekends. My server was attentive and kind.

Located in historic downtown, it's a great place to hang out, grab a craft beer, and enjoy a good meal. The space itself is a beautiful, open warehouse with plenty of seating. I didn't get a chance to check out the upstairs, but there's additional seating up there, plus a patio outside for when the weather's nice. We stopped by for brunch and lucked out with $1 mimosas and a brunch bar with small bites like fruit, muffins, and cookies. My friend ordered the Breakfast Tacos and LOVED them. I went with the Breakfast Burger, which came without lettuce or tomato, but it was still a 10/10. The sweet potato fries were also great. The lunch menu is pretty extensive too, so there's a lot to choose from. The staff is extremely friendly, but service took a bit to get going. I would have ordered another drink, but our server checked on us when we were ready to pay, which was unfortunate because it was great! There's paid parking behind the building, with validation available inside the restaurant. I'll be back to try the dinner menu!

SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!…read more We placed an order for pick up and made it very simple. 10pc Boneless chicken with Hot for the sauce. Received no sauce on the chicken. Order 2 10pc wings. One all flats and other all drums with mild for the sauce. Received nothing on them. Side order of fries that came SUPER salty and had crazy amount of black pepper on it. Overall we had to trash it cause we couldn't eat it. I say all of this to say. That the service sucks here. You walk in to the building just for the workers to look at you crazy and keep talking to each other. Then when they decide to come to you. They all seem like they have a problem with hearing. Hint why people food comes out wrong or order ALWAYS missing something. You have 3 times to get are order wrong and this was the final straw. From dining in and picking up. This store just can't get things right. You think it's not a clean place but it's also not a good place for food and service either. I will not be wasting my time there anymore. In so much words. I ASK ANYONE TO NOT GO HERE. This place here not worth your time and money. Maybe try in 3-5 yrs or when it's under new management. Thank you!
