Anyhow, now that we are farther away and not driving by as much as we did when living in Bend on our way to CA(ugh), we now order by mail. Have always got the sausages in good shape. But, Taylor's is smart, they won't ship during the warm/hot months because of the danger of spoilage. so just order enough during the winter. Their sausages freeze well.
