I wanted to try this Pilates studio for some time now and I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge one of the managers. I think her name is gaby. She was so nice to me (even though others were being nasty with her) and she was so professional. I probably would've lost it to be honest with you. She stays professional even when clients are entitled and extremely rude. I recently witnessed a dilemma where a client was yelling at the other lady working about a simple mistake and caused a scene over something that clearly was a misunderstanding. It seems the women wanted to bring someone and the class was full? Cry me a river. The staff had already gone out of their way to try and accommodate this woman but still she acted like a child. I then saw the manager gaby try to step in and resolve the issue. But the lady wanted to hear none of it. Not until she got exactly what she wanted to made a scene and honestly I don't think I'd wanna go back if that's how other clients are I don't want to work out with them. It was truthfully uncomfortable to be there and watch these girls take this ladies yelling. I was very impressed by how calm the manager handled it. Place is lucky to have her she handled it the best way it seemed anyone could. I applaud gaby and the other lady I forgot her name. I hope owners can take note that it's unacceptable for their staff to be treated that way over a simple mistake. The ladies take their job seriously and honestly deserve a raise. Keep it up girls don't let a couple of ladies ruin your day because they don't know how to set an alarm for their session. Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is so the girls know it's for them. read more

I've just completed 250 classes at Club Pilates in West Delray. After a year and a half of attending classes and getting to know the instructors, I can honestly say that I am so very happy that I began this journey to Wellness. I've been a hairstylist for 43 years, therefore my body is in pain most of the time. I also have several auto immune diseases that make my body stiff. I knew I needed help to start moving my body more, however, I'm limited to exercises that cause any kind of compression on my spine. Then, I found Pilates, which has basically changed my life. Not only have I improved my overall physical strength, I am a lot more flexible and my posture has greatly improved. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and have guided me in regaining my strength to achieve my fitness goals. I have been traveling with passport membership since 2020. I take level 2 and 2.5 around the country. I registered for a class here only because my favorite instructor Barbara is teaching here. They not only canceled my class but had me come in to do a test with Carolina. Was told to come in in between classes. When I showed up Barbara, front desk person was so not accommodating and said I would need to come to a 1.5. Carolina had me do a teaser on the floor with spring on 3. She didn't pass me... she went to talk to Barbara in Portuguese at the front desk thinking i couldn't understand but when I spoke back to her in Portuguese she then proceeded to speak in English saying her English wasn't good. No wonder people are unhappy here. What a joke. read more

classes are generally good, but booking is hard. many classes fill up and then you just Join a wait list . with a 12 hour cancellation policy , you may get into a class, but without much time to plan. i would add more classes but its a challenge booking and using the classes I have . would give this a higher rating if they could come up with a better booking system. read more

Scam artists - Came here with my friend for a free trial and on my first day they kept urging me to sign up in case I wanted to continue coming here, so I did. After I decided on not coming back I told the woman that took my information that I did not want to continue but if I decide in the future I would come back. Come to find out a month later I was charged the membership fee on my card. I went in and told them I never wanted the account and to not charge my card. They informed me they would cancel and refund me the fee. Fast forward ahead I find out I have been charged for various months when they told me it was cancelled. Shame on this place. Even after accepting the studios hard line policy about not only not being allowed into class 2 minutes after the 5 minute late rule (as I learned the hard away from another club Pilates studio), despite a 30 minute drive, getting caught in construction traffic by their studio, and also being charged for it because it happened 2 Fridays in a row, I was told the one Friday they made an exception because lots of students were late(not true, I was the only one) but the other Friday they implied I wasnt honest since others weren't late this time. Wasn't true at all, I just forgot Friday at that time with construction was the issue. Also have been told it's a big distraction to others coming in 2 minutes late. I don't believe it is when you quietly walk in(then they say it's a liability and I might get hurt because I'm not warned up). Bigger issue is the front desk attitude and lack of flexibility. Much bigger issue for me though was after being turned away and charged, a few weeks later I came back to explain I was out of country for a couple of weeks and when I returned wasnt feeling well and kept hoping to feel better before calling in to cancel that month but I just never felt better. Could I get a credit? They said sorry no, I said so you just take my money for a month of nonuse and they said we can't assume that you are sick. I said right but with communication you can now know and refund. They said others go away and we charge them all the time and they are fine with it. Why should I care if others are ok with it, I'm not. They didn't care. The worst though is a couple of weeks later I saw a woman come into class probably 20-30 minutes in. After class, I patiently waited for her to leave as I did not want to cause a problem for her. I simply said to the front desk, this lady was no distraction, but she did come in 20-30 minutes late and since you have a hard line policy on that I don't think that is consistent or fair. The front desk responded like she didnt know and maybe she didnt see it or maybe the lady I thought came in late had left class and came back but if she was late, and allowed to join, then I want a credit for being turned away and charged. She raised her voice and said she had to look at cameras which brought the instructor out and I didn't appreciate that because it's like they want to team up on me and make it look like I'm being out of line. I said it wasnt a burglary, but ok. Came in a few days later a little early to see what they would say as I didn't want to make a big deal in front of their other students and after a friendly hello, her and the mgr completely ignored me so I had to bring it up. The mgr who wasn't even there said 100% that didn't happen like I was lying. Then the one who was there got all defensive, said she felt I was calling her a liar, and excused herself because she was uncomfortable. Again, both started raising their voices at me which of course as students were coming in gave them an audience to show how I was being difficult with them. I cannot believe they try to take someone who is trying to be discreet but wants fair treatment and create a loud confrontation where students in the class could probably hear let alone students walking in. Of course the ones walking in thought I was the problem shaking their heads. The mgr said I think we should just cancel your membership like trying to embarrass me. I said no call the police if you want me to leave. I heard someone else say I've never had a problem with you to the front desk just like the support they were looking for. That got me real upset and I said something to that student which I shouldn't have, but I can't stand how people will walk in on something and blindly support the other side. Like I said they set it up like that. Really I deserve an apology and maybe that other girl walked out saying she was uncomfortable because maybe I was right and she just wanted to make me look bad as they both said I always question them. Sorry for questioning someone coming in 30 minutes late after I get dinged and sent home for 3 minutes late. Besides the whole time I said maybe she left and came back, it's possible. Never said the girl was lying. She just projected that into the conversation for her advantage. If anything they emphatically implied I the client was lying. I've never had a problem with their instructors. I like them all and their classes, but the front desk is not only inflexible, unfriendly about it, but likes to make a scene in front of their students when you question them to outnumber you. Like a big bully. Ever see beauty and the beast when everyone starts believing Gaston that bellas old man is crazy and the beast is to be killed. Not quite, lol, but they definitely create the audience and turn questioning into confrontation. I dont like confrontation, but not afraid to confront a situation if I think it should be with reason. I was charged for 6 classes (2 on the same day) during January and February 2022 when I was on the wait list and was not able to get into the classes. My charge card is not supposed to be charged until I am able to take the class. This is fraudulent. read more

I absolutely love it here! I called one day to ask a few questions and the woman at the front desk was so helpful and convinced me to try the intro class. The day of the class I was greeted by so many friendly faces! Mariene was our instructor and she really helped explain Pilates and the poses. I ended up signing up for a membership that same day. Very poorly managed. Been going here for a little over a year and have seen 3 different managers come and go! Once they get you locked in with a contract and a credit card they become very difficult and not accommodating to situations that occur. Saving relationships with Customers is not one of their top priorities and they do not value their good paying customers. Having a passport membership allows a members to use any studio. sadly the owners hired an older woman at the desk who lacks not only in social skills but customer service. I spoke to the owners regarding this employee but obviously nothing has been done as today I had to call to have my private session times corrected yet again to only experience her lack of social skills and customer service performance. Terrible customer service and the staff is rude. This is supposed to be a luxury fitness experience and it's far from that. I wanted to try a class before buying a package. They offer the first class complimentary but it's only for an intro class which doesn't work for me I just finished 6 months of Pilates with a private trainer so I called and asked if I could use my Classpass instead and they said I could but I couldn't book it for any of the classes that were good so I did not. My Sister booked a class, because of me, so we decided I would just pay there for that class when we arrived. She wasn't feeling well and had bought only 1 class, not a package, and told me to go and take her class. When I arrived I said I explained everything, had the confirmation, and they said she should have come for her class rudely, that I couldn't take the class as if I was trying to get a free class, that they won't transfer a single class to anyone, and if I wanted to attend a class I could pay for it myself - I was nothing but polite and calm to give context. I have no problem paying for a class or a package but seeing the vibe there and the terrible customer service I will never be going back there. They also wouldn't allow my sister to make her class for a earlier time for classes that had lots of openings, and when she went to them to complain about the class she wanted to transfer for me they denied they said to her I was trying to get a free class and for that reason they wouldn't transfer it. They ultimately had to admit they were in the wrong both times and had to issue her a refund. I've never been to a gym that didn't allow that, were so rude to new clients, and just a terrible attitude with no flexibility. There are a lot of comments saying the same thing about the customer service there and it seems like the responses from the business are defending their protocols and the staffs behaviors instead of making changes that make a better experience for the clients. There was a loss of two clients today and our friend group we would have invited to come with us as well. This is not the way to bring new good clients in for a new business what a turn off to not have nice and helpful receptionists even if they can't solve a problem that's ok too when they actually try to give good customer service. This is an awful studio. I purchased the all access passport. My home studio was the Boca South one. Boca South was the best one out of all. I rarely could get into the classes I really wanted to go to. I don't feel like booking weeks in advance. If you have an emergency and have to leave town for a death... they don't care. They will charge your card. The worst was in West Delray there was snotty teacher named Melissa who humiliated me in front of the class multiple times. There was an older teacher in Boyton named Barbara who was not that nice either. The reason I was going to these classes was to feel better. It's expensive and I could not get in to what I needed. They make you wait 30 days to quit so they can take more money for you. This franchise is not worth it. read more
