To my surprise, the store wanted to charge me sales tax again, even though I had already paid sales tax when I purchased the original putter. I wasn't asking for a refund or upgrading to a more expensive club--just exchanging it for the correct handedness. when I asked why I was paying taxes again he said that didn't buy it there originally. The manager on duty wasn't willing to resolve the issue in a way that made sense, which made for a frustrating customer experience. For a premium retailer selling high end golf equipment, I expected much better customer service and a smoother exchange process. I enjoy shopping at Golf Galaxy, but this experience left me disappointed. I hope management reviews their exchange policies so future customers don't run into the same issue.

The store is HUGE ! It's part of the Dick's Sporting Goods brand, so your loyalty reward for Dick's works here. I needed a new putter so headed over to the putters and started trying a few out. A few minutes later said sales person walked right across the path of my ball to select a club cover for the customer. Again never acknowledging my pressence in any way whatsoever nor the fact that he walked right in front of me. Once he had finished checking out the customer, he headed to the back of the shop and started talking to someone back there, not a customer by the sounds of it. Again, not acknowledging me at all....
