Naturally, she is very self conscious about her play and is intimidated by the golfers just behind us. Well, that is not the feeling you get at Buttonhole. The employees are very friendly. Our fellow golfers were not in a rush, were very friendly and accepting. The course is very well maintained with well groomed greens. It's a great par 3, 9 hole course! Many of the holes are challenging due to pin placement, sand, and water traps. There are no golf carts, you walk the course, which is very scenic and relaxing! A couple can play 9 holes, and rent a pull or push cart for your clubs, for a total of about $40.00 dollars! There are vending machines, but not a legitimate 19th hole. . You will have to hit one of the many nearby restaurants for a cocktail and bite to eat when you finish playing. Great bargain, beautiful setting to enjoy a nice day of nature and golf!
