Tom is the consummate professional expert on the anatomy of a pool table and he obviously has done a great job sharing his knowledge with his guys because these guys really understand pool table installation. Nick, along with Patrick, were not part of the disassembly process which had been done very smoothly by Tom, but they took what seemed like a zillion pieces of wood, pipes, slate, felt, pockets, fasteners and frames and turned them back into our table - they were like craftsmen, taking care with each step, sanding and smoothing the slate, ensuring everything was level, re-adhering the felt, testing the ball returns, etc., etc., etc. - I was thoroughly impressed with how well everything was handled. I had already been quoted a price and I was their last customer of the day, but the guys never rushed through any of the process. Tom's Billiard Service did a terrific job for us!
