They told me to call lifeline of CA and find out if a new account had been opened AND IT HAD!!!! I filed a fraud report with the state. They gave me my NEW NUMBER. They told me to call back TruConnect and fix it telling them the fraud information had been filed. so what I did was set it straight! They had put in a NEW address UNDER MY NAME!!! They activated a phone SO we cancelled the activation, updated the address info had my name spelled correctly and changed the pin (you use your birthday to open account) HAHA They are sending me a new SIM card and i'll keep the new number to be spiteful. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH A PERSON WHO COMES TO YOUR DOOR. They will use your info to scam you. Just in case I put fraud alert on EVERYTHING!!!!!
