I was surprised to get a flier from this cleaners on my door since there are already 2 other dry cleaners within a block of this place. I mainly tried it out since the flier included a coupon for 20% off. I have to say I was very impressed by the service, I dropped off two dress shirts and a pants. Total cost came to about $10, which is a screaming deal compared to the other two dry cleaners on the block. Thankfully I don't wear suits or formal wear to work so I normally don't have too much dry cleaning to do. I will be going here from now on though since the staff were friendly and the place seemed modern. Also not bad that the place is "Environmentally Safe" and uses "Organic" products (or so the sign on the window says anyway). read more

With my handful of experiences here, my clothes come back folded half ass. There is no care that goes into it, their just bunched up (I wish I could post a picture). Additionally when weighing my laundry to identify the price, they added on 5lbs. I had to say no reweigh and take a closer look. Then when I picked up my laundry they 'accidentally' charged me $10 more than my bill. I didn't notice it until 2 days later. This is not a trustworthy place, nor can you count on their level of work. It's not worth your money. read more

I have been using this cleaner for over a year now for wash and fold. I use to go to another local cleaners that would send out my laundry and return it with some one else items. And since my laundry was thrown in with others, my clothes ripped from the identification pins. Clover has given me same day service, drop of the wash & fold in the morning and pick it up in the evening. They even give you tote bags. I feel the people are very helpful, courteous and professional. read more

Very disappointed in this place. The time on their website said it closed at 7:00pm, which was inaccurate- they were closed when I got there before 7:00pm. And then their website said they opened at 7:00am which was also inaccurate. Very frustrating to lug my laundry here twice and be unable to get it cleaned. I've been going here for 13 years - I've followed them wherever they have moved. I drove there from Sausalito and now I drive there from the East Bay. Nancy is the best seamstress in the city and does amazing alterations and creations. If they can't clean it, it can't be done. The prices are amazing for the quality of their work. Shop the outlets, buy out of size when it is a great bargain and Nancy can make it fit like it was designed for you. If Heidi Klum had to pick a cleaner and a seamstress, it would be Excellent Cleaners. They are IN!!! read more

Steals from clients! I took a jacket trimmed with suede to this dry cleaner and despite telling them it was suede, they didn't clean properly and the black suede came back shredded and navy blue. They agreed to give me a credit to cover the cost of the jacket. Then, they ruined a shirt of mine. It's a T-shirt with big studs along the collar. It came back with all of the studs chipped and the one in the center missing and a hole the size of a dime. When I spoke to the owner she said they'd do nothing and if I wanted to I could "sue her." This was not a cheap T-shirt and nearly brand new. She proceeded to blame me and say I'd lost the stud. Why I would spend money to dry clear a shirt with a giant hole I have no idea. She sent me away with me saying I would write this exact review and said she didn't care. This is a dishonest business that should not be able to get away with stealing from customers. read more

Humm.. as a consumer, how will you feel, when the manager of this dry cleaner group (which also own Fanta Deluxe cleaners on 4th street), try everything possible not to take responsibility for a DAMAGED HUGO BOSS SUIT. It is been already a months and the dry cleaner would not give us our property (the jacket) back, even saying that they do not care if we take legal actions. If I were you, I will avoid this place! Even More, if you have or had any problems, please also report them to the better business bureau. It seems that with them, this is be the only way to have consumer rights! Zero stars! The absolute worst dry cleaner I have ever used. I have received other peoples' wash and fold back with my own (who wants someone else's sports bra and boxers?), they have returned sweaters with the buttons missing and the final straw was when they lost a dress I'd worn only once and refused to take responsibility for it, claiming I "couldn't prove anything".
