My wife use them all the time for her work clothes and the like. I also got shirts and suits, even my wedding tuxedo, dry cleaned and everything went good. It's also fairly priced, I am so glad we have this just a couple of blocks from us read more

Lily's provides fast, affordable service for dry cleaning and alterations. I got a scarf, suit vest, and long winter coat dry-cleaned for $36. Dropped off my clothing on Friday and picked it up on Tuesday (~2 business days in between). They'll give you a 10% discount if you pay in cash! I didn't have any tough stains that needed removing, but the clothing came back freshly cleaned and without any issues. read more

Lily's Cleaners provides fast, reliable, and quality dry cleaning services. I have been sending my clothes to Lily's for the last 3 years and they always take good care of my items. They have affordable pricing compared to other dry cleaners in the neighborhood. I recently asked them to clean a dress with a quick turn-around time and they were accommodating and communicative once the piece was ready for pickup! read more

Wonderful people, great alterations. I am so grateful to have found this place. They do great work and they are very nice.

Great quality, good prices and friendly service. We moved out of the neighborhood but still make the effort to come back here for our laundry and dry cleaning. P.S. They did a GREAT job with dry cleaning my expensive Indian clothes with embroidery. read more

This place is great! My shirts washed and pressed come out perfect every time. I get my alterations here too. I have had chinos, jeans and shorts hemmed. I had shirts and shorts slimmed out because I like my slim fit! Really appreciate this family owned business. Lovely Cantonese couple and their service is reliable, fast and consistent. And on top of that they have really fair prices. My family also comes here for dry cleaning. For lower pacific heights neighborhood they are very reasonable. Don't believe me then try the other cleaners on Fillmore Street; they are much more expensive. read more

went to get my jeans altered, it was a quick turnaround (1 day) and it was affordable! would definitely go back

Vanessa is very helpful and thoughtful and a great tailor. I trust her with my clothes!

Current owners are terribly rude and their services are sub par; too many restrictions on what they can accept/services they can provide. Sense of customer service completely lacking, it's as if they hate their job and find inconvenience in taking your business. Take your business elsewhere. read more

There is something extremely satisfying about finding a dry cleaners that meets all your criteria: in walking distance, inexpensive, and quick turnaround time - for me, Lily's checks all these boxes. I've come in probably 5-6 times now to have various items dry cleaned including dresses, sweaters, blazers etc. I also had alterations to pants that needed to be hemmed and they came back perfect. Most recently, my boyfriend and I did a joint trip and brought in 8 items including a suit, a floor-length dress and standard work attire (pants, blazers), and the total was only $42 for 8 items! I was shocked, as I've paid about that for just 3-4 items at other dry cleaners in the city. I definitely will continue to be a regular as long as they are open. read more

Clean. Dependable. Super Friendly. I've been taking my clothes to Lily's for laundry consistently for almost four years and have never been disappointed. And Lily is so nice and sweet, I always feel like I'm visiting a friend when I stop by and she's always very helpful and willing to expedite cleaning from those times when I need a suit pressed ASAP or am completely out of clean clothes. This is the kind of local neighborhood business that makes my place feel like home. Thanks Lily! read more

I have not been so impressed with service in a long time. I needed multiple, rush (and rather tricky) alterations on a bridesmaid dress. The dress was not only done right on time (Wed evening, less than 3 days later) but it fits perfectly, and the charge was very reasonable despite my rush request. I'll bring all alterations here from this point forward. Highest recommendation from a picky customer. read more

Lily is such a sweet lady! I love taking my clothes to her shop. I don't take a lot of clothes to the cleaners, but as a petite gal, I often have a ton of clothes that need alterations (denim shopping is my worst nightmare). One day, I took about 5 pairs of pants to Lily's to get altered. She was so patient with me as I was changing pair after pair of pants for her to get measurements to alter; I was there for about 25 minutes trying on and out of stuff. After all that, she had my pants altered to perfect fit within 2 days... 48 hours for 5 alterations! I'm impressed. I had expected a week for that job to complete, given how much traffic her shop experiences on a daily basis. Things to Note: - Price: $10 per alteration (may vary depending on difficulty of the job). - Credit Cards: Yes, they accept them, despite there being a sign saying that they don't. - Closed on Sundays read more

If you drop off the shirts early, you have a good shot at getting them done by 10am next morning =] very reliable when you're in a hurry. $1.95 per shirt (i think). The starch here tends to be light, so if you want a light, maybe ask for a medium. read more

God gave me many talents, but ironing, sewing buttons and hemming pants are not among them. Thankfully Lily's Cleaners is just a few blocks away and they make sure I don't go to work looking like I found pants balled up in the corner of my closet. Lily's is the best dry clearner's I have ever used - this includes several cities I've lived in. Lily and the others that work there are friendly and the service is reliable - shirts and pants are always properly cleaned and pressed, and they have never crushed a button. I've had several pairs of pants hemmed, and they do a great job. You would never notice that my jeans have been tailored because they sneakily keep the original hem lines. Lily will also reattach any loose buttons and send back any items that aren't cleaned to their standards. read more

Liliys is great! Fast, professional service, good prices for the pac heights area & great staff! Never lost anything & does great job on getting stains out & jackets clean! read more

After yelping the one dry cleaner in my hood of JLS, it came up a star and a half, I knew I had to go elsewhere for my dry cleaning. I remembered Lily's was right next to work and saw it got great reviews. I had about 9 articles of clothing mostly cashmere sweaters for my trip to NYC. I went in on Thursday after work and told the lady how I needed my things back before my trip on Mon. No problem. Come in anytime on Sat. Perfect!!! I was kinda worried because I saw that they were closed when I went into work and saw that they are open M-F only according to Yelp. Thankfully they are open on Sat (not so sure about Sun) and I picked up my stuff. Not only did it come in super cute We love our customers bag, but she automatically gave me a 10% discount. =) Yup, just like that!! It came out to $50 which I thought was quite a bargain considering how much I had dropped off and that they were able to get it done in a day. Oh! They have a 10 minute parking spot right outside!!! How convenient!! read more

I appreciate Lili 's customer service and Tailoring I received at 7:08 this morning

The business at this address is now called Lily's Cleaners. I've been in SF my neighborhood for 4 years and this place has been a lifesaver. I think about 2 years ago they got new management. Personally, the best part is the service. I go there regularly enough that they give me random discounts just because we always have a nice warm witty banter. Heck, I don't even bother to bring in the ticket stubs anymore. They just look me up and get my stuff. Occasionally, I've picked up my roommates stuff (when he's working late) and then he'll pay them at a later time (usually sometime the next day). Our relationship is good enough that if I have special requests they are almost always willing to accommodate or find a workable solution. Like my friends that have already moved, if I ever end up in a nearby neighborhood, I will still come back to use this cleaners. Good people. read more

Originally, I chose Lily's because it had the latest closing time in the area. I think she was open until 6:30pm and I needed a place where I could drop off and pick up dry cleaning after my work hours. I was pleasantly surprised by the great prices, consistent cleaning, and Lily's friendly personality. The Saturday hours were also a plus (til 3pm?) Thanks for 2+ years of suits, shirts, and smiles. read more

I brought in a few pants to get hemmed. I was charged 3 different times because they didn't add the items correctly. They even forgot to hem one of my pants and proceeded to charge me again for it even though I was promised it was going to be no charge. I had to go to the store 4 separate times to figure this situation out. No apology was given. Most of my pants were hemmed well excluding one pair that was too tight. I do not recommend this store. It's not worth your time or energy. Unprofessional and disorganized. read more

$12 to dry clean a pair of dress pants, that's all I have to say.

I have been going to Lily's Cleaners for many years and highly recommend this company. Not only do they provide excellent dry cleaning but they are able to repair my clothes when they need buttons or holes mended in sweaters and so many other repairs like alterations or adjustments in length of skirts or pants. They are friendly and professional and provide excellent service. They deserve a 5 Star rating. read more

I've been going to Lily's since moving to the area about 3 months ago and the service has been great! I take my regular laundry in about every two weeks and they typically get it back to my in about 48 hours. Prices are reasonable too (about $1.10/pound). I've also taken suits, sweaters, dresses (my girlfriends) and pretty much everything else that needs cleaning and they always do a good job. They even lost one of my socks once, which I just wrote off b/c it happens, and sure enough the next time I dropped of my laundry they had my missing sock just waiting for me. Well done Lily's, well done. Also, not sure why it says they don't accept Credit Cards b/c i've used mine twice now. read more

Fair prices and great service! Quick turnaround time and they are so honest - there's been a couple times we've accidentally left cash in pockets and they have always returned it. Family run operation - they are so nice! Always asking about work and my husband, and make us feel like neighbors. We love having this as our neighborhood spot. read more

This place is wonderful. I called about a super last minute steaming need for my suit and they did it instantly and perfectly :)

Usually Love Lily's. They do a good job dry cleaning and basic tailoring. Though I didn't realize how much tailoring a suit jacket would be. But this was my boyfriend for not asking prior to dropping off. For dry cleaning and hemming, I believe they do a great job. But definitely ask the price of anything more complicated or you might be a little surprised in the end. read more

Dropped 2 things off for alterations on a Friday, was told the would be ready Tuesday. Here we are the following Friday and one of my items has been misplaced. Reading the other reviews, I agree with the poor ratings. I've been using this spot for a couple months but it seems as the quality and service has gone drastically downhill, with other options in the neighborhood Lily's will no longer be getting my business! read more

After reading the great reviews for Lily's, I decided to drop by and get a few dresses altered. The first dress is a strapless dress that just needed to be taken in a bit so that it didn't keep falling down. Despite a 10 minute pinning session, the dress came back to me 1 inch too small in the chest (!). Talk about wearing a corset...The second dress that I dropped off had the opposite problem. I paid to get it fitted to my size but now that it's back with me, I see no change in the size. Not sure I want to go back to Lily's...I'm pretty good at poorly hemming and tailoring clothes on my own...without paying $50+... read more

Not gonna come here again, was told my dry cleaning would be ready Saturday morning, dropped it off Tuesday. Showed up on Saturday morning and only some items were there, and told to come back at 4, showed up at 4 and still not there, then had to wait for them to drive to their factory to get my shirts...bad business...no apology or lack of care about it. read more

The place just changed ownership. Pricing is higher than before and they didn't even accurately track the items I dropped off.

Vanessa makes this block of Pine street feel like a real neighborhood. She's always asking about me and my family, remembers my information, and has my clothes in hand shortly after I walk in. Pricing is reasonable and so is turnaround time. It's great to have a nice neighborhood spot like this, and to always see a smiling face when I walk by (even when I'm not going in) read more

I don't go to the cleaners much, but when I do, I know Lily will treat me right. Good prices and great service. Lily is a pleasure to interact with. I've also gotten a few suits altered here, and Lily has done a great job. She appreciates a slimmer, more modern fit, and was happy to give me her professional advice and patiently dealt with me as I agonized over the best sleeve and pant length. read more

Worse place you could ever give your clothes. All of my husbands shirts have shrunk so bad he cannot even wear them. VERY EXPENSIVE Clothes. To top it, They Charge the same as any other in the area. Save your clothes. Do not go here!!! read more

In a jam-- they were very fast and dependable. I had my clothes back quickly and clean!

Washed a backpack there and got it back all bent out of shape. When I showed it to them the owner just defended her washing practices and offered no other compensation. I will not be coming back. read more

Unfortunately the wash and fold here has ruined 3 t-shirts of mine with what seems to be bleach- the woman claimed that it was "color-fade" which quite frankly is comical. I asked for one free round of simple wash and fold to call it even and was refused... I would not go to perfect cleaners on Fillmore- they are great. read more

Lily's is awesome. Their laundry service is great for shirts. Very quick and well ironed. Dry cleaned pants sometimes have a few funky wrinkles but overall very good. read more

We have been trusting Lily with our dry cleaning, shirts, rug and leather cleaning for a few years. She and her team are always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile in terms of providing a great customer experience. Profession results + reasonable prices + a tailor on site for alterations + wash and fold + short term parking in front = Lily's...the best in the City! Highly recommended! read more

I brought 3 jackets in for dry cleaning and agreed to have them done a few days later. After picking them up I realized they weren't clean. I brought them back to find out they don't do a full clean for anything under a week. Waste of money. read more
