You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

Wanted to write this review from an alterations POV since I couldn't find any references back when…read moreI needed it. I had a zipper that broke on a pair of slacks that still had plenty of wear left so I decided to get it replaced. The customer service here is friendly but I think it's important to note the phone number doesn't work. I agreed on $25 for the replacement of the zipper. Upon pickup, for reasons unknown to me, the replacement zipper wasn't made to go all the way back to the top of the slacks where it originally sat (see pics) and they also removed the discreet hook & eye closure the slacks came with (super frustrating). Therefore, I had no choice but to leave the slacks to get the closure put back on because they were unwearable in that state. And to be really honest I wasn't keen on the royal blue color that was used for the zipper either but I didn't complain since that was never discussed. Upon 2nd pickup, they (whoever does the alterations) replaced the hook & eye closure with a large one that left a gaping hole between the fabrics. This tells me that whoever does the alterations isn't a specialist in this line of work. A hook & eye closure is never meant to be exposed on any piece of clothing. Anyway, I'm ultimately glad that I tested their service with something that wouldn't break me if they got it wrong. But I would 100% stick with them for only dry-cleaning going forward.
