That's pretty expensive considering, I, lazily, usually just take it to a laundromat bc it won't fit in my washer. But when I tell you, it is in pristine condition. OMG!! Not sure if it's still worth $45 (it's a queen size), but I have zero complaints. No spots, rips or tears. Bagged up super nice and very clean. So, I'll definitely return. Staff was also friendly. This cleaners is located off Powers Ferry near the CVS. Parking lot is small, so be careful pulling out. And, the exit on to the street is hard too see oncoming traffic, so be super careful there.

For example- i have a wool coat that has a faux fur trim. He advised the faux fur would get cracked if he dry cleaned it. I respect the honesty! He did agree to alter a pair of jeans. The jeans were brand new with tags still attached. They were too long for me so I wanted them hemmed. after trying them on he put pins in them to indicate the location of the new hem, he advised they would be ready in tow days. I returned in two days to pick them up. To my surprise they were not ready. He let me know that they had been hemmed but they still needed to be pressed. He noted he wanted to have them pressed prior to me picking them up. I returned a few days later. I paid nearly $30 to have these jeans hemmed. The hen looked like something I could have done. It is curvy and does NOT give professional quality. I would not be complaining had I not paid a professional price for the service. I will not be returning. Just an FYI- there is an alteration company in the same plaza, she does much better work.

I stopped at two other Cleaners in the immediate area and explained my predicament to no avail. Each said they couldn't get it done that day even when I offered to pay double... even triple... before I pulled into Pro Cleaners of Vinings as my last resort/try. As soon as I explained my situation the gentleman replied he would take care of me. As I had with the other stores, I offered to pay more for the last minute help, but he refused. I am well aware that cleanters make money on repeat business and I was only in town for business... so this says a lot. They saw I needed help and not only delivered fantastic customer service, but refused to take advantage of my predicament knowing I would be long gone tomorrow. I now have a fresh pressed and perfectly hemmed suit in time for my meeting... and felt the least I could do would be to offer this testimony to others. As a visitor they didn't win my weekly business, but they should certainly have the opportunity to win yours. THIS is service by GOOD people. The true test of customer service is what you would do for ANY customer who walks through your door. The lady told me no problem. After having my dress for almost 3 WEEKS, I come to pick it up and she hand its to me with no hanging bag or anything and says " we can not dry clean." The dress was absolutely ruined. It has new brown/yellow stains all over it, is piled and has runs everywhere. It's not even the same color anymore. What was once white is now a dirty yellow color. I immediately questioned her about it and she rudely replies " Can't be dry cleaned" I then address the fact that the dress has a tag that says DRY CLEAN ONLY. her response- "we didn't do anything, can't be dry cleaned". She was SO rude, wouldn't let me get a word in, just in constant defense mode. So not only did they have my dress for 3 weeks without calling me to notify me of the situation, but she was calling me a liar, laughed in my face when I told her how much the dress cost and that I wanted to speak to the owner about being compensated for it, and wouldn't give me the contact info for the owner or manager. When I asked her why it "couldn't be dry cleaned" she couldn't give me an answer, nor could she explain to me how they knew it couldn't be dry cleaned without testing it first, since there is a tag with directions to Dry Clean. They clearly ruined the dress, didn't call me to let me know, called me a liar about the condition of the dress when dropped off and won't do anything to help me. She told me they shouldn't have to pay for the dress when they didn't dry clean it. Seriously never ever bring your business here.

*review is based on reply to AI find-a-business conversation only*…read more TL;DR: weren't able to do a simple alteration (due to a quality that i noted in the AI chat message sent over to them) that another business had no problem with, BUT they were quick to reply and told me no without having me come in im not sure how simple of alterations they do, but it seems to be simpler than the surrounding businesses' usual. i was requesting a simple side take-in of a polyester dress with mesh overlay (notated in the AI message sent out), but they were unable to do it. for background, i am an intermediate-level DIY seamstress, with a grandmother who runs a sewing/alterations store (a state away which is why i reached out to businesses here). this is a pretty simple alteration, so i was surprised when they said they could not do it. i drove to the closest alterations place that was open, and they had no problem with the dress fabric regarding the take in (i showed the dress before i bothered trying it on to make sure) i am attaching the details yelp provided to the business as well as the conversation. the only additional thing i added to the AI was the part of the side seams with zipper in the back, maybe altering cups (after i responded to them saying that, for the other businesses to see that information) im not sure if this is a review more so on the business or AI feature. i will say- they were quick to reply and did tell me no, rather than having me come in and telling me no or potentially messing up the dress.
