Above and beyond! While visiting Atlanta this week I awoke to find that my suit, which I needed for tomorrow, had lost a hem in the pants and was in need of a press for a big meeting. I stopped at two other Cleaners in the immediate area and explained my predicament to no avail. Each said they couldn't get it done that day even when I offered to pay double... even triple... before I pulled into Pro Cleaners of Vinings as my last resort/try. As soon as I explained my situation the gentleman replied he would take care of me. As I had with the other stores, I offered to pay more for the last minute help, but he refused. I am well aware that cleanters make money on repeat business and I was only in town for business... so this says a lot. They saw I needed help and not only delivered fantastic customer service, but refused to take advantage of my predicament knowing I would be long gone tomorrow. I now have a fresh pressed and perfectly hemmed suit in time for my meeting... and felt the least I could do would be to offer this testimony to others. As a visitor they didn't win my weekly business, but they should certainly have the opportunity to win yours. THIS is service by GOOD people. The true test of customer service is what you would do for ANY customer who walks through your door. I hope my experience will prove to be both a testimony for those in the area and a mission for them to continue providing such care to all who walk through their door. DO NOT come here. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was a first time customer and brought in a $400 dress to get dry cleaned after a wedding.When I dropped the dress off there were a couple red wine stains that were addressed. The lady told me no problem. After having my dress for almost 3 WEEKS, I come to pick it up and she hand its to me with no hanging bag or anything and says " we can not dry clean." The dress was absolutely ruined. It has new brown/yellow stains all over it, is piled and has runs everywhere. It's not even the same color anymore. What was once white is now a dirty yellow color. I immediately questioned her about it and she rudely replies " Can't be dry cleaned" I then address the fact that the dress has a tag that says DRY CLEAN ONLY. her response- "we didn't do anything, can't be dry cleaned". She was SO rude, wouldn't let me get a word in, just in constant defense mode. So not only did they have my dress for 3 weeks without calling me to notify me of the situation, but she was calling me a liar, laughed in my face when I told her how much the dress cost and that I wanted to speak to the owner about being compensated for it, and wouldn't give me the contact info for the owner or manager. When I asked her why it "couldn't be dry cleaned" she couldn't give me an answer, nor could she explain to me how they knew it couldn't be dry cleaned without testing it first, since there is a tag with directions to Dry Clean. They clearly ruined the dress, didn't call me to let me know, called me a liar about the condition of the dress when dropped off and won't do anything to help me. She told me they shouldn't have to pay for the dress when they didn't dry clean it. Seriously never ever bring your business here. read more

Fuck this place. Every stereotype about asian business owners is reinforced. I was a first time customer and was charged $7 to dry celan a shirt. When I asked about it the lady didnt say a word...no speak english. Really? I can only imagine what happens when they lose/ruin one of your pieces. Dry cleaning is a commodity. Service and price differentiate. This place sucks on both. read more

The service here is beyond terrible. I brought in about $200 worth of clothes. The owner seemed nice and even took 10% off. When I picked up my clothes, I paid. The owner helped me put my clothes in the car. I got home to find that one of my dresses was missing. I called. She was extremely defensive. Made me think it was all in my head. I told her I was going to double check and get back to her. She called me later to tell me she found the dress. The next time I came, (a week later) she was totally different. Very nasty. Told me it would be $32 to dry clean a pair of work slacks. I thought it was a joke. Nope. She was dead serious. I asked if she was upset over the lost dress. She said she'd never cleaned my clothes before. TO MY FACE! Bold face lied! I literally snatched my slacks from her and walked out. What in the...! Never again. I can't seem to find good cleaners in my area. read more

First Time Customer and Last Time Customer. I dropped of a dress last week to be cleaned and have the zipper fixed. I went to pick it up this week and they never touched the dress. Apparently, it is multi colored and they were concerned about the colors running. I asked her why they didn't call me (she didn't know) or say something when I dropped the dress off (she didn't know either). I wasted a week with this cleaners and won't be back. They did clean my comforter set for $64. read more
