Ask for the 10 piece special. If you have 10 pieces that is. I love this DC - it's super affordable and the ladies are the absolute best. They go out of their way to give you the 10 pc. discount and don't get mad when I come in at 5 minutes to close. I wish they were open on Sundays and until 8 pm but it's not a complaint. I used to live 1 mi. from this place and it was my regular DC. Since moving to Glenwood Park I have been nothing but disappointed at the intown DCs and their high prices (pants average $4.50 in town, Executive does mine for $2.75). For example- i have a wool coat that has a faux fur trim. He advised the faux fur would get cracked if he dry cleaned it. I respect the honesty! He did agree to alter a pair of jeans. The jeans were brand new with tags still attached. They were too long for me so I wanted them hemmed. after trying them on he put pins in them to indicate the location of the new hem, he advised they would be ready in tow days. I returned in two days to pick them up. To my surprise they were not ready. He let me know that they had been hemmed but they still needed to be pressed. He noted he wanted to have them pressed prior to me picking them up. I returned a few days later. I paid nearly $30 to have these jeans hemmed. The hen looked like something I could have done. It is curvy and does NOT give professional quality. I would not be complaining had I not paid a professional price for the service. I will not be returning. Just an FYI- there is an alteration company in the same plaza, she does much better work.

I stopped at two other Cleaners in the immediate area and explained my predicament to no avail. Each said they couldn't get it done that day even when I offered to pay double... even triple... before I pulled into Pro Cleaners of Vinings as my last resort/try. As soon as I explained my situation the gentleman replied he would take care of me. As I had with the other stores, I offered to pay more for the last minute help, but he refused. I am well aware that cleanters make money on repeat business and I was only in town for business... so this says a lot. They saw I needed help and not only delivered fantastic customer service, but refused to take advantage of my predicament knowing I would be long gone tomorrow. I now have a fresh pressed and perfectly hemmed suit in time for my meeting... and felt the least I could do would be to offer this testimony to others. As a visitor they didn't win my weekly business, but they should certainly have the opportunity to win yours. THIS is service by GOOD people. The true test of customer service is what you would do for ANY customer who walks through your door. I hope my experience will prove to be both a testimony for those in the area and a mission for them to continue providing such care to all who walk through their door. I was a first time…read morecustomer and brought in a $400 dress to get dry cleaned after a wedding.When I dropped the dress off there were a couple red wine stains that were addressed. The lady told me no problem. After having my dress for almost 3 WEEKS, I come to pick it up and she hand its to me with no hanging bag or anything and says " we can not dry clean." The dress was absolutely ruined. It has new brown/yellow stains all over it, is piled and has runs everywhere. It's not even the same color anymore. What was once white is now a dirty yellow color. I immediately questioned her about it and she rudely replies " Can't be dry cleaned" I then address the fact that the dress has a tag that says DRY CLEAN ONLY. her response- "we didn't do anything, can't be dry cleaned". She was SO rude, wouldn't let me get a word in, just in constant defense mode. So not only did they have my dress for 3 weeks without calling me to notify me of the situation, but she was calling me a liar, laughed in my face when I told her how much the dress cost and that I wanted to speak to the owner about being compensated for it, and wouldn't give me the contact info for the owner or manager. When I asked her why it "couldn't be dry cleaned" she couldn't give me an answer, nor could she explain to me how they knew it couldn't be dry cleaned without testing it first, since there is a tag with directions to Dry Clean. They clearly ruined the dress, didn't call me to let me know, called me a liar about the condition of the dress when dropped off and won't do anything to help me. She told me they shouldn't have to pay for the dress when they didn't dry clean it. Seriously never ever bring your business here.

This laundromat does not have air conditioning which is pretty alarming because there are tons of dryers in the establishment putting off heat. They have two different sized dryers in the building which is nice. The door is open in Georgia on a day when it is over 95 degrees so this is definitely a miserable washing experience. It is actually cooler outside in the shade then inside the facility. The facility has massage chairs, pool tables and the sign indicates that there is Internet. In additipn, there are a few arcade games for children to play. There is a coin machine to get quarters for the washing machines and dryers that is operational and they have separate restrooms for men and women. The ladies room did not have any hand soap and toliet paper was not placed in the dispenser. They sell all of you laundry supplies in house as well as snacks. I am counting down the minutes until my clothes are done drying.

The bathrooms were not unlocked during the time I was there. There was no attendant to assist but they are currently looking for someone for all shifts! Time wise: Washing takes 23 mins (cost varies) and dryers 32 mins for $1.50-$2.00 Good place to come and do your laundry. Come see for yourself :)

Most places take the short cut and press the whole shirt plus the collar and smush it into the shirt creating a terrible look and destroying the collar (and shirt). I didn't realize how good I had it until I moved away and had to use another cleaners. I cannot yet find a cleaners who can duplicate how they press a shirt. Fantastic product and extremely nice people and therefore are very much deserving of a great review. Please see the attached pictures of their work and then my new cleaners (a great representation of most other cleaners). Which is which is self explanatory.
