Entering seems like you're heading through a tunnel in Tron which is kind of neat and entertaining. The picture section you just know it's going to be expensive but fun to see the finished product. Once you get to the top there is plenty of room to find a spot to hang out. I went during sunset which was beautiful. The bartenders were VERY busy making drinks, they could probably hire a few more people but I made it easy and ordered something in a can for efficiency. They have some light snack too for purchase which hits the spot. Definitely a neat touristy Chicago thing or a fun date night for sunset or to watch the summer fireworks.

CloudBar-360 is the redesigned, rebranded observatory deck at the former John Hancock building. While I miss the Signature Room there, the CloudBar is a nicely reimagined space for the observatory. It is not the tallest building in Chicago but the views are truly magnificent., and I would come an hour before sun set for the best experience. Tickets can be purchased to include a drink, but you can just go up and order a drink at the bar. Cocktails are not bad (not great either), and I appreciate the selection of some local products like Few whiskey. So perhaps a shot and/or a beer?

Pretty much a scam.. the view is nice. The tilt was underneath. But the bartenders were so rude. They see that you get a free drink with your ticket, and treat you poorly. Specially this man. He did't even give us a second to provide an ID and yelled at us for it. No hi, how are you nothing. Don't waste money on this.

This was such a fun experience! I'd don't have it in me that day to do the Tilt but I thoroughly enjoyed viewing the skyline and chilling with a cocktail. Our admission came with a drink and I opted for a margarita. While enjoying that I couldn't help but notice several people ordering a purple cocktail with a large bubble on it so I ordered that's for my second round, it was so fun and delicious. The bar/seating area had plenty of seating and the bartender working the bar was very quick and efficient.

Cloud Bar at Chicago 360 is a place to grab drinks with a view. It is part of your ticket to the top of the (former) John Hancock building. Drink costs are separate, and they have specials. Fun fact, I came here several years ago when it was called "The Signature Room at the 95th" and was a full blown restaurant. Currently, you can walk completely around the floor, and the windows have the compass directional, in case you are wondering which way you are looking. We got tickets as part of the C3 pass. Chicago is well known for its architecture, so it was great to visit and view Chicago from another vantage point.

The highest bar in the city [Chicago IL] Our tickets included one complimentary drink each so we headed to CloudBar to claim them. I chose a mocktail, the Rainbow Beach, which was a blend of mango, strawberry, lemonade, and club soda. Hubby had the Crossbeam (house liquor and mixer)... and chose rum and Coke. One bartender serving the crowd, he was busy but was still able to give good customer service. The bar is located on the north side of the Observation Deck. You have to purchase a General Admission ticket to be able to go to the bar. It's on 94th floor. There's plenty of seating. Take your cocktail by the window and enjoy stunning views. Review #3813

I mean what better view in all of Chicago than the 94th floor in the Hancock Building. Also, what better way to experience a sunset than with a Revolution IPA on tap? For me, I'm hard pressed to think of one. For the reviews that said that the windows were dirty and there were spiders, I personally thought 1. How do they clean these windows? 2. How do spiders service this high up? I don't think it detracted for me on my experience.

The CloudBar is located in the 360 Building on the 90-something floor. You have to purchase tickets for entry via the 360 building website; definitely purchase online beforehand. Once you get through the entry and elevator lines you are greeted with amazing views of Chicago! We went at night and the city sparkles! Make your way to the back of the floor where the bar is located and lots of seating. Our ticket included a complimentary drink from a selected menu and we ordered the old fashion. To be honest, I didn't have high hopes of the drinks being a tourist attraction; however, excuse me this was a pretty good drink w/ the block ice and orange peel. Only thing missing was the luxardo cherries. Definitely a beautiful spot to try out!

This bar is located in the 360 observation deck on the 94th floor . Bar is stocked. Beautiful views. Lots if seating. I ordered a magnificent margarita and a lakeshore breeze. Ingredients in the pic at the bottom of this review. Bartender was friendly and speedy.

Always wanted to go here and when our friend visited us, took the opportunity to take her to CloudBar. Parking a little tricky to get to due to all the one way streets in downtown and the spiral drive up the parking is tight!! There are plenty of parking but you have to get on one elevator to the next, depending on what floor you parked. Not many directions on how to pay but I finally figured it out after many elevator rides. And, they do validate by the gift shop, which is about $5 off. We purchased the Sip and View package. Place was packed but we were able to see great 360 views of the city and found several seating areas to enjoy one alcoholic beverage on the list. Bar tender did not skimp with alcohol. A bit pricey but great place for a quick history lesson and scenic views of the city!!

We only had drinks here after experiencing the Tilt at #360Chicago. We had drinks included in the Tilt tickets. Had the magnificent margarita, was OK. The mix was kinda sweet but had a good amount of tequila! 3 out of 5, because it was sweet for my liking.

A bar with the most stunning views of Chicago! Sadly we went on a day where there was dust & cloudy weather which obstructed the views but the vibes and service were still great. Such a great spot to take out of town guests or have some date night drinks!

A bit of a tourist trap, but definitely worth the view. Drinks are pricey, and food is snack bar quality.

How muchto get to the bar?

It costs $44 just to get into the John Hancock building. Get your receipt. Then take the elevator up to the 94th floor and it's free to the Cloud Bar. You can pay for certain drinks upstairs besides the ones included with the entrance ticket, most…

Handicap accessability? Do people who are handicapped have to stand in line?

Yes, it is accessible! There is a lower bar that is wheelchair accessible at one end as well. I do not know about standing in line, but I would wager this would ultimately depend on the guests present.

    Are kids allowed?

Since it's located at the top of the Hancock Tower, where kids are already allowed, they cannot really prevent kids from walking through the bar area. When I visited, there were plenty of kids of all ages all around.

What you don't see unless you're looking closely - It's in a medium end Marriott - not mad at that but it's not a stand alone restaurant. The menu looked absolutely nothing like they show on the restaurant website. It was cheap looking. Same food options as website. The ambiance was well designed but - hotel restaurant vibes. Ordered the tuna crudo. Nothing to write home about. The mussels - I'm maybe gonna wake up with food poisoning tomorrow. The bucatini pesto pasta looked like regurgitated peas baby food and overcooked pasta. I sent it back kindly. And the chicken thighs were cooked. Like, that's all I can say. So I paid, still hungry. Cause the chicken thighs had basically no meat. Crudo is naturally so small and the mussels equally. Left and am now at Hampton Social eating a delicious lobster roll and tomato bisque. The highlight! The people sitting next to me asked me if o was a good critic! Haha - best compliment ever! But disappointment of a restaurant.

That said, this place just completely disappointed. The food was just not good. I had the burger sliders and for $9 a piece you expect them to be something special. They were not. Overcooked with a little sauce and two pickles slapped on the bun with a tiny little dab of fake cheese - it was like a bad and way more expensive version of McDonald's. The onion rings were the frozen crumbly kind not the fresh beer battered kind and so that's a big "no!" for me. The dipping sauce was okay.
