As she attempted to install, she popped about half a dozen balloons and left the trash in our lawn. When I came back out, the display was not the way we requested and looked very sloppy. Ten minutes later, the display came loose. They finally sent someone back who duct taped the display unprofessionally to our new paint job. They were supposed to come by to pick up the display and discard and never showed. This was a terrible experience for our daughter's college graduation party. Huge shout out to Marshall and Tyler at Austin Metro Moonwalks who absolutely saved the day at my…read moredaughter's school carnival. When our original bounce house rental company's truck broke down on the way to our carnival with no guarantee he was going to make it to the carnival on time, we were in a panic with only an 1 1/2 hours until our carnival started. I called Austin Metro Moonwalks and even though they were almost out the door with another delivery (and on one of the busiest weekends of the year for bounce houses!), Marshall was able to find a couple of bounce houses they had available and said he would send his driver to our rescue as soon as possible. We were able to sign the contract digitally, pay over the phone, and within just a matter of minutes, we have bounce houses confirmed. They stayed in constant communication with me until they arrived to set up and showed up on time to pick up the bounce houses at end of the night. They even gave us a discount since we rented multiple bounce houses. I think our school has found a new vendor for bounce house rentals from now on!!
