From start to finish, everything was smooth, stress-free, and so thoughtfully done. The party package reasonably priced and included a dedicated party host, which made such a huge difference. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted with setup, guided the kids during the games, and handled all of the cleanup (yes, ALL of it ). Every child went home with a stuffed animal prize, which was such a fun and memorable touch. The team helped the kids with the claw machines the entire time, so even with multiple little ones, there were always extra helping hands to make sure everyone had fun and felt included. I truly can't say enough good things about this experience. It was a birthday my daughter will always remember, and as a parent, it was one of the easiest parties I've ever hosted. We can't wait to come back! I would highly recommend Claw & Fun Austin for birthday parties or group events!

The pinball machines are typically $1 or more per game, while the classic arcade games are just 50 cents each! I was especially in awe of the incredible pinball machines, including The X-Files, John Wick, Aerosmith, South Park, and more. A big thank-you to Allie for being so sweet and taking a video of us on the bumper cars! There is so much to do at Pinballz and so little time. I definitely need to come back for another visit!

We were in the process of leaving the second time. Every time we would go, multiple games wouldn't work but it's part of the pinballz experience and we just wrote it off as no big deal but the losses do pile up. I was there today and it was busy and more than half of the games didn't work. When they did work; they had glitches. I found an employee which is tough and they saw what I was saying and apologized and said to go to the counter and they can credit me back. The woman at the counter wasn't as nice and told me she wouldn't be crediting me back for games that didn't work and said it with a huge attitude. The way people treat people there is wild. I've literally spent thousands of dollars and when telling them I was having issues with 5 games and would like to be credited back for the games that didn't work; they seemed to take satisfaction in telling me no. I won't be back and no one there cares. Broken games and counter people with superiority complexes aren't a great match but they will still make their money. The last thing this place is is fun.

The setup was beautiful, the prosecco was decent, and the charcuterie was plated gorgeously but it was only one tray for 7 of us--and it only included meat and fruit. I had requested gluten and dairy free accommodations, and it seemed like that meant getting gluten free crackers and dairy free cheese and chocolate options--we got none. I felt like that should have been communicated more clearly because it was somewhat disappointing. I'm not sure if I would book again--I think I would if I had more money to spare and brought my own accompaniments to make a better charcuterie spread.

There was plenty of seating area plenty of chairs & tables but just no people! :( I was kind of surprised for it being a Friday afternoon & summer time, no school for the kids. My grand baby immediately runs to the arcade games and they had lot's of toddler friendly rides for him which were all around 3 to 4 points. As we explored the other games I noticed a few broken ones, then as I really took a good look more & more were broken or missing parts. Even the air hockey was broken. I understand a few here & there but no it was a lot, I'm glad I didn't have my teenagers because they didn't have many options for that age group. The neighborhood it's located in is pretty rough so maybe parents just let their kids tear up the place over the years:( Not too sure but I really feel bad for this company. It's a fairly reasonable place to go on hot summer afternoon. The kids spent an hour running around a large playscape. It always makes me pleased to see them come back to the table nice and sweaty for a drink. We got a pizza which wasn't too bad and a hot dog which he ate all of, so it must have been pretty good too. Then they got to play games and win coupons for "prizes". They each went through a $10 "game card" pretty quickly, but got to pick things they wanted. Although this place isn't squeaky clean, the staff were exceptionally nice. It wasn't terribly packed either, which is great for places like this. During the last 45 minutes unfortunately there was one little girl who was able to scream so loud (and frequently) that I jumped almost every time she let out one of her frequent squeals of joy. Can't blame that on anyone but the parents though and it's rare they'd do anything about it at a place like this.
