Courtney did an incredible job with my 12+ inch hair donation, and then took my words and picture inspiration and made it come to life. She also gave great tips on keeping my hair safe and healthy while in the sun and pool. Courtney was very relatable and had great conversation throughout the whole appointment. Recently changed stylist because the one I had been going to was not available on the day I was. I was referred to Heather. She cut my hair exactly the way I like it the first time. I love the points reward program they have but just recently I went and got my hair done expecting to use my points and was told that if I didn't use them by June 4th they were zeroed out and not able to use I had over 100 points that I was not able to use. I've had more bad haircuts than you can imagine, so trying out a new hairdresser is always a nerve wrecking experience for me. I was referred to Lene by my sister, who has been going to her for almost a year. My last haircut at another salon resulted in very choppy layers that I desperately wanted to hide and I wasn't sure if Lene would be able to fix my hair the way I wanted. I couldn't have been more wrong! She took the time to listen and understand what I wanted done and very skillfully cut my hair. Product restriction? I came in there to have a root touch up and was asked by your staff to contact my old hairdresser from another state to find out what color they used and for steps on what they did. This alone says how incompetent this whole process was. So if a new client comes in and wants their hair done, you don't have your own color to match it? All salons doesn't use same brands so I was not expecting that you'd have the same brand. Your hairdresser was the one who brought this up. All I wanted was for my roots to be colored! Something a group of your stylists came together and was not able to accomplish having me waste over of an hour of my time I would never get back! read more

I just went yesterday to this Salon it was my first time and Michelle was my stylist. I wanted full highlights, cut and style. My hair looks amazing! Michelle took my dark brown hair and transformed it to a light blonde color. Everything in this place was amazing. Michelle was awesome she was very thorough, nice and took good care of me. I wasn't going to write this review but it's been almost 3 months since they ruined my hair and I still can't style it. This was a FIFTY dollar haircut and even though they tried to make it right I still have to now pay for extensions out of my own pocket to repair the job that their stylist couldn't do. I'm not sure why they would hire hairdressers with $14 skill level to do a $50 haircut. The staff was pleasant but it absolutely doesn't outweigh the downright embarrassment that I've had to go through with this cut. Now I get to see my in laws for Christmas looking like this! Yay! The covid-safety precautions practiced at this salon were great. I called from the car when I arrived at the salon. LOVED MY EXPERIENCE HERE!! I've been trying to look for friendly and inexpensive hairdressers, Brittany cut my thick hair amazingly! She listened to what I needed and was super sweet the whole time. I got my color done by Yadira, she just toned my hair to get an idea on what it would look like if I did decide to dye my hair. She brought out a booklet of hair colors and we decided together on the exact color scheme I wanted. She was understanding and very helpful on get the right color I was thinking of, overall I had a wonderful experience and atmosphere the whole time. My only con was that I made an appointment online and I put in that I wanted highlight, cut and style but when I came in they only had me down for a cut.. but they were completely accommodating and realized the mistake after that they got me back in on the same day and put me down for color. They BUTCHERED MY HAIR!! First iff, my hairstylist was not nice and she seemed mad that i came in for my appointment. She did not greet me back when i said hi and when she washed my hair she just threw the wet hair on my shirt and it got on my face too. She was so rude to me. I kept trying to tell and explain to her in detail what i wanted to get and she kept dismissing my explanations and attempt to show her pictures of the hair cut i liked. After i told her and explained that i wanted curtain bangs she ignored me and started giving me regular straight bangs to which i stopped her and told her thats not what i wanted. She then proceeded to give me layers that i did NOT ASK FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. She said she did it bc she thought it would match well and after she was done it looked like i had a mullet :( she literally said right after ," i liked it before" then tried to cut more to fix it but it keep getting worse so i stopped her. She also did not want to make conversation and i felt so uneased and anxious there. Did not have a good experience and cried about my hair after. She was a lady with brown hair, glasses, and in her mid 40s. She didnt bother to tell me her name when i tried greeting her but i would not go here :( read more
