Terrible place! Do not go here! They have cheap prices for a reason! Horrible customer service especially Mark! This place is nothing but issues. The whole process from renting, insurance and returning the car. Also they have so many hidden fees! read more

I rented a 2020 Dodge Hellcat this past weekend. The experience was amazing. Everyone at Cloud 9 exotic was awesome and made the experience that much better. Can't wait to rent another "dream car". John M. Bellmore NY read more

One star for terrible communication & terrible customer service. This company made me Uber $100 each way to tell me I should've called my insurance company 2 days prior for coverage. I'm from Califorina where we don't need 24 hours. How am I supposed to know this rule unless the car rental place tells me. They never told me a thing. I made the reservation on Saturday. You would think they would communicate such valuable information but nooooo. Now my plans are ruined, i wasted 3 hours of my time and I'm out $200 with no car to drive. On top of not being able to rent a car, mark was beyond rude. I don't understand how they're still in business. read more

Did a "bucket list" trip with my grandfather and it was an amazing time!! He and I both loved driving the Bentley GTC! Staff were awesome, very helpful. No hidden fees or anything either upon pick up or drop off, just a great time. Definitely a great way to celebrate coming up on Father's Day and doing a bucket list item! read more

Great establishment! My wife and I intended to rent the C7 from here for our wedding and although it wasn't available we were quickly accommodated and upgraded to the C8 for no extra charge. Friendly staff, and overall great experience 11/10 highly recommend read more

Booked a car last minute, had the car within 2 hours, super friendly, easy service, will definitely rent from them again.

Avoid this place at all costs. I purchased a gift card for my dad to rent a Corvette. To finalize the booking my dad had to go down there to sign more paperwork and pick a date. When the date came, they said they didn't have the car. Apparently they lost all my dad's paperwork! Of course, we planned our entire day around this car and they ruined it. A few weeks later, we finally rented the car. Although the car was good, when we returned the car, they claimed there was a scratch on one of the rims and charged us $500. Ridiculous. We didn't hit any curbs so it wasn't our fault, but they didn't care. The people who work here are very unprofessional. Rent your car elsewhere. read more

Took the Aventador S this time and as always the best experience ever! The process was very smooth! They're the best in NY.

This place has to be the worst. I went in and had to deal with Andrew. For the love of god if you go, FIRST DONT and second AVOID ANDREW. He was continuously hitting on me and asked me if I "was related to Thomas the train because damn girl you got a caboose". I was diiissgussted in his behavior and walked out. read more

I'm really impressed with Cloud 9 Exotics. The service here is absolutely phenomenal! Natalie was my contact here, and she was very receptive during the process of setting up my Lamborghini rental. She was professional and so helpful with everything. Working with Cloud 9 was way better than I anticipated. The lounge where the supercar fleet is stored is very comfortable. The quality of the cars here is top of the line. My team and I received great treatment from Cloud 9, and the experience was well worth it. I am looking forward to working with Cloud 9 again! read more

Gave hubby an 80th birthday gift of the Lamborghini for the day. Best day ever, he's now 50 years old again and living life to the fullest, honestly he's like thirty years younger. Found the fountain of youth at Cloud Nine. Exotics .thanks guys at Cloud Nine. read more

Where do I begin??? This company & the people that work for it are amazing! I rented a beautiful Lamborghini Gallardo convertible for 24hrs to surprise my husband for his 50th birthday & everything couldn't have gone smoother. I dealt with Alexa to begin with for the initial paperwork by email so I was a bit nervous about not actually seeing her or the car but she was incredible. Mike delivered the vehicle & he was terrific. He even brought a Happy Birthday sign. He explained everything about the car to my husband & was so patient & knowledgeable. The car was in pristine & beautiful condition! The delivery & pick up to & from my house was effortless. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that is in the market for an incredible exotic rental. read more

My now husband and I wanted to show up to our wedding in style, and rented Cloud 9's Porsche Turbo S for the weekend. The car was gorgeous and in amazing condition in and out - we had an absolute blast in the car and felt like rockstars!! All of our guests were definitely blown away (and our friends a little jealous they hadn't thought of it for their own weddings). The whole staff at Cloud 9 was amazing!! They let us look at every car in the showroom, were extremely patient and friendly, and above all were so excited for us. THANK YOU Cloud 9 for making our wedding even more memorable! We can't wait for the next occasion to come back - hold the Ferrari for us this time!! read more

Wow! So I was looking to rent a nice exotic car for my wedding day, I didn't want to do the same old limo. I found Cloud 9 on the internet and reached out to them. They emailed me with the cars that they had available and the prices. The day of my pick up I was able to leave my car at the location while I got to take home a sweet Ferrari 458 for one day. All I have to say is that Jimmy and Anthony made this process very easy for me on an already hectic day. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to try something different. read more

I bought a Groupon from here as a gift to my father in Fall 2015 so he could do a couple of laps in a Lamborghini. After purchasing the Groupon, he went to sign up on Cloud 9's website but there were no open slots left. We were told there would be more dates to sign up for shortly. The new dates were posted, my dad chose a slot and was very excited! HOWEVER, Cloud 9 changed his reservation time THE DAY BEFORE and he was no longer able to go. We were told there were no more open slots and to wait until the spring (2016). They said they would honor our Groupon which would be expired by the time spring came around. I have been in constant contact with the office and inquired about spring dates this month, which they told me to do. I then get an automated list serv email, not even a decent REPLY to my email that i sent, saying the the LAST AND ONLY date to use our Groupon is April 24th. My father is away on business the 24th! When I tried to contact the office, I was basically told I was SOL. They have HORRIBLE customer service and made it IMPOSSIBLE for my father to use his gift. It was an embarrassing and stressful experience. Luckily, Groupon was able to help me out- thank goodness. STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

The best! Drove the Vette and the Ferrari. First class treatment and owners. What a great facility!

Surprised my boyfriend with the Bolt Experience at MetLife stadium. He couldn't believe that he was going to get to drive a Ferrari F430! He absolutely loved every second of it. He even bought extra laps and drove the Porsche Turbo S right afterward. Makes a great gift surprise! Great staff and appearance! read more

So I am not sure what is going on, but I had to deal with a guy named Ryan or Bryan, he sounded like he couldn't have been over the age of 18. I asked to speak to the regulars that I have worked with before, but he outright refused. This place has been awesome in the past but I am very disappointed with the lack of knowledge from this child i spoke with, and the refusal to speak with the regular men i speak with. I hope the owner, Richard, is aware of what went on today and how the lack of knowledge i received today was very upsetting as this had always been my favorite place to rent. Maybe it was the day, but hopefully it will go back to how it was. I hope richard isn't losing it read more

I ordered tickets from Groupon on 5/17 for a surprise for my dad for Father's Day and they waited until a month later to tell me that they are canceling the event because the venue is "double booked". I could only go on a Saturday, which is why I got the tickets I did, and the girl was pretty rude on the phone and said there is nothing she can do because they are completely booked at that venue now. Pretty disappointed on her customer service skills and the whole situation since everyone involved was really looking forward to it. read more
