One star for terrible communication & terrible customer service. This company made me Uber $100 each way to tell me I should've called my insurance company 2 days prior for coverage. I'm from Califorina where we don't need 24 hours. How am I supposed to know this rule unless the car rental place tells me. They never told me a thing. I made the reservation on Saturday. You would think they would communicate such valuable information but nooooo. Now my plans are ruined, i wasted 3 hours of my time and I'm out $200 with no car to drive. Avoid this place at all costs. I purchased a gift card for my dad to rent a Corvette. To finalize the booking my dad had to go down there to sign more paperwork and pick a date. When the date came, they said they didn't have the car. Apparently they lost all my dad's paperwork! Of course, we planned our entire day around this car and they ruined it. A few weeks later, we finally rented the car. Although the car was good, when we returned the car, they claimed there was a scratch on one of the rims and charged us $500. Ridiculous. We didn't hit any curbs so it wasn't our fault, but they didn't care. The people who work here are very unprofessional. Rent your car elsewhere. read more

The car was gorgeous and in amazing condition in and out - we had an absolute blast in the car and felt like rockstars!! I rented a beautiful Lamborghini Gallardo convertible for 24hrs to surprise my husband for his 50th birthday & everything couldn't have gone smoother. I dealt with Alexa to begin with for the initial paperwork by email so I was a bit nervous about not actually seeing her or the car but she was incredible. Mike delivered the vehicle & he was terrific. He even brought a Happy Birthday sign. He explained everything about the car to my husband & was so patient & knowledgeable. The car was in pristine & beautiful condition! The delivery & pick up to & from my house was effortless. I bought a Groupon from here as a gift to my father in Fall 2015 so he could do a couple of laps in a Lamborghini. After purchasing the Groupon, he went to sign up on Cloud 9's website but there were no open slots left. We were told there would be more dates to sign up for shortly. The new dates were posted, my dad chose a slot and was very excited! HOWEVER, Cloud 9 changed his reservation time THE DAY BEFORE and he was no longer able to go. We were told there were no more open slots and to wait until the spring (2016). They said they would honor our Groupon which would be expired by the time spring came around. I have been in constant contact with the office and inquired about spring dates this month, which they told me to do. I then get an automated list serv email, not even a decent REPLY to my email that i sent, saying the the LAST AND ONLY date to use our Groupon is April 24th. My father is away on business the 24th! When I tried to contact the office, I was basically told I was SOL. They have HORRIBLE customer service and made it IMPOSSIBLE for my father to use his gift. It was an embarrassing and stressful experience. Luckily, Groupon was able to help me out- thank goodness. STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

So I am not sure what is going on, but I had to deal with a guy named Ryan or Bryan, he sounded like he couldn't have been over the age of 18. I asked to speak to the regulars that I have worked with before, but he outright refused. This place has been awesome in the past but I am very disappointed with the lack of knowledge from this child i spoke with, and the refusal to speak with the regular men i speak with. I hope the owner, Richard, is aware of what went on today and how the lack of knowledge i received today was very upsetting as this had always been my favorite place to rent. I ordered tickets from Groupon on 5/17 for a surprise for my dad for Father's Day and they waited until a month later to tell me that they are canceling the event because the venue is "double booked". I could only go on a Saturday, which is why I got the tickets I did, and the girl was pretty rude on the phone and said there is nothing she can do because they are completely booked at that venue now. Pretty disappointed on her customer service skills and the whole situation since everyone involved was really looking forward to it. read more
