If your looking for style, and the greatest fashions with some awesome shoes then you found it. They say never judge a book by it's cover or store for that matter. I had it in my head that it would be like Plato's and I wouldn't find anything in my size. Wrong....They have from the small sizes all the way up to 3x.and there not the stuffy boring clothes either. The shoe and purse selection is to die for!!!!!!! Now your thinking hmmm it costs alot. Nope, they were reasonably priced!!!!! I mean reasonably like $4-$16 for named brands. You can't go wrong!!!! The staff was so personable and when they found this was my first time well, they just wanted to share what they had to offer. I think they have there regulars they buy from. I took a lot of trendy stuff in some with tags. Never excepted anything. Told me my clothes were soiled and had stains!! Found one shirt with a tiny stain on it and it came right out plus a shirt with tags. A girl in front of me three used bras they took!! I was not impressed. Saw a MK purse 175.00 are you kidding me!! I had to show my drivers license as well crazy. I checked there clothes on there racks used washed out clothes. Very clickish! Never go back there. Found a place in Tampa took everything I had. My daughters and I love coming here, we never leave empty handed! The store is well organized by color and size, items are neatly displayed and easy to find. The staff is active helping find items or make suggestions. We have found some great items here! Wether you need a party dress last minute or a designer purse to complete your outfit, you will be very likely to find it here! We feel very welcome here!! Absolutely terrible place to consign. Even if your items are brand new, cost over $100 /each and still have price tags, they're going to offer you $5 for $1100 worth of shoes and clothes. Ridiculous. Not to mention they quote a 30 minute wait time to inspect your items (and demand you wait) and then take at least an hour to offer you nothing. Will never go back. read more

While I have actually previously purchased some very nice clothes from this Palm harbor location, today was my first time bringing in clothing to consign! I have some very nice clothes; all clean and barely worn; high end labels some with tags and never worn, and Today I had a horrible experience! The girl who (ahem) greeted me didn't actually greet me! She had a smug expression on her face and appeared almost bothered by me carrying in a large basket of clean, neatly folded clothes! She barked at me, " what's your phone number?" I told her it was my first time there. She barked again, "I need your phone number and drivers license!" I was like, oh, hello and good morning to you! She didn't smile or change her grumpy expression. When I told her I had another bag in my car she said, "you need to sign this then go and get your other bag!" As if ordering me what to do! I was literally astounded by this individual! After waiting about 20 minutes she said, your bid is ready. If you want to accept it I have it. So I get to the desk and see my (what appears to be untouched bag and basket of clothes on the floor behind the counter) and then a small basket on the counter. Without looking at me she said, "we can offer you $16.50 cash or $20 for trade!" I was like, huh? I brought in a ton of nice clothes. She made remarks about how the tags were too old and the clothes had been worn! I said, there are clothes in there that are new or practically new! Then she pointed at the small basket and said, we are taking these items only!" She never shifted her flat and angry expression! I asked her if she was a manager and she said, no! At that point a manger chimed in and I said, you have a horrible employee here! She has been mean and unfriendly and I'm horrified by this experience! I will never shop there again! The manager asked if I needed help carrying my heavy load and I said, no I have it! You're probably going to have trouble carrying that heavy load of an employee you have hired, she is simply horrible! I wouldn't hire her or have her representing my store! read more

The customer service is horrid! The lady behind the counter had a mean look on her face and started yelling at me before I could get all the way in the door! She barked have you sold here before? Yes I said then she said you can take that jacket back to your car we don't have room for it in our inventory! That's fine I said and walked right back out to put it in my car, she directed me to put the rest of my things in a basket and I said that I would need two baskets she barked In a minute, she seemed mad that I had two baskets of things. I decided to ask her if she was having a bad day and she looked at me with a bitchy face and said my day is going great! So finally they called me to come back after they were done looking through my clothes, you could tell they didn't look through every thing. They chose about 8-9 items 3 of them brand new designer with tags on them and offered me $33 for EVERYTHING!! One of the items was a Cavalli dress with tags still on! I was offended that the offer wasn't even reasonable for my 8-9 items! The woman that was so nasty her name is Kristen I made sure to look at her name tag! Don't know why she's so angry! Needless to say I left with all my clothes because I'm not so hard up to give my things away for nothing! Good luck buying or selling here! read more

Like many others who have left poor reviews I also was not acknowledged when shopping . Three employees, not one said hello. One employee worked around me hanging clothes next to me without a smile, hello, can I help you find something etc. I left within five minutes of being there. Not a welcome or pleasant experience. I also thought the clothes were not in the best of shape. Won't be back. Whoever owns this place really needs to train their staff in customer service. Snooty employees. read more

Well when I walked in the one girl was a sweetie. I didn't have two huge laundry baskets handy, and didn't see a point to buying any when I'm trying to get some money for most of my never worn before clothes. So I brought them in garbage bags because that was all I had. Some of my clothes are really nice BCBG, Michael Kors, Betsey Johnson, Victoria's Secret, ect. As they were going through my stuff I decided to look through what they had in stock, prices were reasonable but they were from Walmart, Target, etc. only a few things I saw were of higher name brands. I sat down after looking at a $120 Michael Kors purse. Finally got my text and was offered $24.30 for a few of my items. Whatever, half the stuff I didn't pay for anyway, it's more than I walked in with and I'm sure someone will love them, and I get it they have to make money too. This girl who did my assessment was so rude, told me next time not to bring my stuff in garbage bags. Wanted to tell her her skirt looked like one! And her personality wasn't much better. Then she tried to tell me my dresses weren't mine. Come on my name is right there, that's why you took my drivers license right? Gave me a smug look as I left. Get over yourself girl you work at a second hand shop. Sheesh. Gave it two stars because that one interaction is going to prevent me from ever going back, and I'll tell other people about this experience too. Remember for every one bad experience is 10 other experiences your business won't have and then it trickles down. Even had to put my dresses back on the hangers because she took them all off and tossed them around. Sounds like rude staff is a problem here. Hopefully management can sit her down and tell her to lighten up. read more

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the high end brands you can find here. I've left with many Tory Burch, Coach, Burberry, Kate Spade and even Chanel items what I got for a fabulous deal! I've also sold my gently used high end items here and left with cash! read more

Been going there for years, actually stopped selling stuff on eBay and Facebook because it was more convenient. However, I've had about enough of being treated like an inconvenience. For the second time in a row now I brought clothing in only to have an older woman named Mary treat me like a a two-year-old. She scolded me for not bringing my clothes in a basket when I told her I was sorry and I only heard to bring clothes and not on a hanger. She rolled her eyes and huffed as she dumped all the things that they were not buying into a garbage bag. I told her I didn't need to know why they weren't buying certain things I understand and I'm OK with that. And she repeatedly made sure I knew what was disgusting about my items. Understand this is a consignment shop and they can only take clean up-to-date items and I'm fine with that but I still deserve to be treated with respect. If I treated people the way Mary treated people at my job I would be fired. I hope someone in management reads this. read more
