Nordstrom Rack is a go to for me as I'm always popping in to see what's new. When I don't need anything is when I find everything. I love to see all the selections and browse when I need to waste time. The value is always worth it when you find some hidden gems! The service is good. Anytime I need help, someone is always available. Most times the lines are long but do move quickly. Nice stop for everyday items or special occasions. read more

When you go to any discount store it is very hit or miss whether you will find something good or not. This location is very hit or miss-- it depends on the time of year and what you are looking for. I recommend looking through all the racks and areas to ensure you see all that was moved or different options. Sadly, this location the prices were still higher than what I would like to spend on specific items. However things due seem to be good value, especially the women's handbags. When I was in the store, I went for about 30 minutes and did not interact with any workers. However, the line to check out was very long. Overall I would go back to see what is available, but I won't get my hopes up. read more

Buyer beware. I've been a Nordstrom shopper since being at the original Nordstrom in Seattle in the 70s. I assumed that Nordstrom rack had the same amazing return policy that the main Nordstrom can you turn your phone down please does but no, they do not! I bought a pair of almost $100 Ferragamo sunglasses at Nordstrom rack just two months ago and they fell apart. I went to return them and I was told that they only have a 30 day return policy and then they will not Accept a return at all if it's ever been worn. This is not a real Nordstrom. This store can be hit or miss. Some days they have great finds and some days so-so. Everything has always been clean and organized when I've gone there, so shopping has always been easy. The cashiers have always been friendly and courteous to me. I've never needed any help, so I can't speak on that. I have to return some tops, so I can update on how smoothly returns go. read more

The location is clean, organized, and the staff is very friendly! I shopped on the first floor only and was impressed by how nice the location is. This is one of the smaller locations I've been to for women's clothes so there wasn't as much to look through but I did leave with a new top and pair of shorts! If I'm in the area again I would definitely stop by for more shopping! I also did an online return here and had no issues with the process. read more

Two floors with ample selection here. Mostly clothes, accessories, and shoes, but even had a small beauty and home goods area too. It is a separate building from the Westfield mall, but still ample parking and super close to the mall if you're spending the day shopping. The prices here are great especially in the clearance sections. So many great brands to shop from including Free People, TopShop, and more with a great range of causal, athletic, and business attire. The bottom floor is mainly women's clothing and accessories, plus the home decor and beauty. Upstairs is the men's section and all the shoes. And if your significant other isn't a fan of shopping, there's some comfy seats by the fitting rooms; my boyfriend spent about 1/2 an hour on one while I tried on all my selections & he had no complaints. read more

I'm not sure just what I was expecting,but what I found was Ross, only with a higher dollar point. Granted, they had high end makeup - Laura Geller, Nyx and Smashbox, they had famous maker lingerie and clothing, but it really was set up like a Ross. I found a Michael Korrs dress for $78, I found NYDJ for $36 (That's a GREAT buy, as those are Fantastic jeans) and I found other designer wear for decent prices, but they are off season if you want a REALLY good deal. One thing I can give them kudos for, They do carry G & H cup bras. This is GOOD news if you're of the Full bust club. read more

As a frequent and longtime loyal Nordstrom customer and card holder, Nordstrom corporate please take note. My sister and I witnessed your store manager and her side kick Diannbo berate and belittle an employee in front of many people and this isn't the only time this has happened. It was very tense and uncomfortable to be waiting in line while hearing those two aggressively talk down to that poor woman. Also, there were small children around when this occurred. I would be totally appalled if I see that those two are still employed by Nordstrom. read more

She found this store well stocked and found several items at discounted prices and took advantage of her "triple points" day today! I've normally been able to find pretty good stuff and pretty good discounts at other Rack locations in the past, so when a location was coming to Clearwater, I was pretty excited. Unfortunately the selection, value, and quality of merchandise at this location pales in comparison to what they have at Nordstrom Racks in South Tampa and Orlando. I was able to find better deals at the Rack location in Los Angeles! The selection is sorely lacking for a Rack location. Most of their Nike can be found much cheaper at Macy's or Dillard's across the parking lot. You can find better deals on footwear with nearly the same brands at Macy's and Dillard's as well. The only lines with actual discounts in men's apparel, I've noticed, are off of their private, in-store brands only. They also hardly have any luxury lines at this location. I was also disappointed that most, if not all, of their men's grooming wasn't even discounted! Why would you pay want to full price for Kiehl's products here when you can go to the Kiehl's inside Dillard's at the same mall and get free samples with your purchase? If you're really looking for a good deal on higher-end merchandise, try the TJMaxx across from the mall on Countryside Blvd. Your dollar will go a lot farther there. read more

I truly believe that once upon of a time, I was a hunter. I don't know why God squeezed me into a woman's body this life, but that doesn't stop me going hunting... for bargain. Sadly, all my instinct built for smell the blood of a good bargain are useless in this Nordstrom Rack. I constantly come back empty handed. The preys are mostly old fashioned, wrong sized, and simply not worth my precious bullets. Once a while, especially during holiday season, I snatch few brand leather bags, but that is about all to have my blood boiling. Some thing is wrong with my hunting strategies. The turning point was the day I went upstairs to find a prize to please my hunting mate, whom is good at hunting greenbacks. With the help from a very knowledgeable Asian assistant, I nailed down a pair of Jeans named Joe's with a price tag of 79. Soft stretching material and tailored cutting fits well on the cute Scandinavian butt. The upstairs hunting ground filled up with meaty preys that can instantly transform a beach bum into an urban snob. Besides finding bargains upstairs, I can observe what is trendy in the male's fashion world. Many guys shopping upstairs are physically fit; and by watching what they pick gives me a visual image of how the outfit might match mine. So far, that is my hunting experience at this Nordstrom Rack. I wish you do better than me. read more

I generally love Nordstrom Rack. The Westshore location never disappoints and the site is usually pretty good, so I guess I was going into this one with high hopes. It's been open a little over a month. The store seems a little disjointed and disorganized when compared to the Westshore location. Some things seem a bit scattered, and the selection is not as good, just a lot of juniors' stuff and the lower quality lines. The employees are very nice, but I had four separate people go off on a whole pitch about the Nordstrom card even after I politely said I don't think so the moment they brought it up. Also be aware that this is NOT inside the mall. From the billboards and ads I'd gotten the impression it was inside the mall. You're in for a hell of a walk if you get the same idea I did... so just go straight there. It's a separate building with ample parking. read more

Nordstrom rack is a great store for discount designer brands. It is very organized compared to other stores like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Ross. They are a smaller, location for items that just didn't clear the racks at Nordstrom. Becareful, you can get swallowed up by this store for hours. The first time it took 5 hours to drag my mother-in-law out. Today, 2 hours to pell my husband away from the racks. They always have lots of great things, for a fair price. They have the lowest prices during "clear the rack" for their clearance items, theres another % off! If you enroll in the debit card, you get additional savings. Like reimbursement for tailoring, and a $20 nordstrom notes (giftcard) for every $1,000 spent. The store is full of very helpful employees. Craig in the mens department helped us for 2 hours. He even helped us youtube how to tie a bowtie today. As well as do the measurements for the tailoring of my husband's new sports coat. It's very tidy, and well organized. Usually like items are kept together. So you can find things quickly. read more

It seemed the month before it opened I heard mad buzz about this location opening from half the women in Pinellas County. Opting to avoid the rush of soccer moms, I stopped in several weeks after they opened to check out the new location. Having shopped at the Rack location in Tampa on Dale Mabrey for years, I was curious to see if this location was as large. Walking in I immedately noticed this store is smaller then the Tampa location. The store is well-lit, high ceilings and laid-out similar to the Tampa store. Handbags and Jewelry up front, clothes in the middle then shoes. I have visited TJ Maxx and the like but I have to say Norstrom Rack beats those competitors on selection for everything - shoes, dresses, purses. They always have a bigger variety. I was there to buy a designer purse but unwilling to pay mall prices for what I wanted. The Countryside location did not disappoint me with selection on bags. They had bags from all the top names - Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Burberry, etc. all in a rainbow of colors. I did not need rainbows, I did not need the top names. I was looking for simple with a lot of space, nothing fancy. I found a Michael Kors bag under $100 and fit what I needed. Straight to the check out line, no waiting. A friendly sales clerk checked me out and I was on my way. If I want the most shop for my time, the Tampa store is the place to go. If you need something specific or just don't want to cross the bridge, check the Countryside location first. They will also call the Tampa store or even other locations if you need a different size in something. You can't beat Nordstorm on service. read more

This store is very hit or miss, but I often shop online at HauteLook and love the easy return policy. My biggest pet peeve about this location is the chattiness of the checkout people during busy times. One in particular engaged in idle chit chat in between ringing in merchandise, swiping, packaging and even after transaction was complete. I would say she prolonged the sale by three minutes. That may not sound like a lot, but when there is a line of about 10-15 people it adds up considerably. People were grumbling between themselves while on line. Move the line along! read more

This is a great store and I consistently find good things which I love and wear. Today I lost a pair of sunglasses in the dressing room worth $600 Tom Ford sunglasses I realized I left them there and went back within 5 min of putting them down and they were gone. I asked to see the security footage of who went in the dressing room right after I left so I could see if I could find them and they weren't able to help me at all. I asked to make an announcement of the intercom to ask if any of the patrons had seen them and they couldn't do that either. They took my name and number and asked their staff if anyone had turned them in but that was pretty much all they could do. I understand if they can not act and do anything even if the footage showed that someone grabbed them but I can if they would have shown it to me. Anyways I hope that one day they can show a customer footage if something has been taken so They can take action to get their belongs back. read more

As I am a frequent shopper of Nordstroms and Nordstroms Rack. I purchased a cover up at the Rack end of August. I went to return today. Tickets still on. Was a cash purchase and I couldn't find the receipt. I asked for a store credit. They refused. Purchase was $14.95 plus tax. Because I didn't have the receipt and again I preface tags were still on I spoke to the "Manager" who couldn't make a decision on giving me a store credit... I didn't ask for cash... I asked her if they would prefer to Loose a good customer ... No response. My husband was with me and was done shopping and his purchases were in his hand. I said to him we aren't shopping here anymore. So bottom line they lost a very good customer for $14.95... when they could have made a sale for approx $300! Hello!!!!! read more

Totally agree. Merchandise is lacking. The one I go to University Town Place in / Sarasota. I find much more merchandise same in Tampa. I don't know why this is I like the Robert Graham shirts but this selection in Clearwater is lacking. They do have very nice sales Clerks wish they had a better selection of mens clothes . read more

The Tampa and Orlando locations have a much wider selection with more designer brands than this one. It was small, cramped, and unorganized. This location seems like it had all the cheapest brands at Nordstrom sent to it. The designer shoe section is so small and so disappointing that I felt like I spent more time parking than browsing the store. I will not be visiting this location again. If you like the cheaper brands this is a good location for you but if you want a statement piece I suggest you go to the Tampa location. read more

Very disappointed with the manager and the store. I went to trade a vest that was given to me as a gift, to a more appropriate size, with my gift receipt. I ended up paying $16 more just to trade the vest to a similar smaller size. I should have just been able to trade the vest without having to pay an additional charge. According to this manager, the discount time period has already expired, and therefore should be paid in its pre- discount value. I am not sure if this is the usual norm in other stores, but it did left me very disappointed. If it's the store's policy, i suggest it should be reconsidered as I am sure there are more people out there when confronted with the same circumstance will end up become a disappointed shopping customer. read more

I had a tough time finding a dress to wear for a friends wedding and found the perfect dress at the Nordstrom Rack in Sarasota FL. However they didn't have my size, they only carried size XS which was too tight and a M which was too large. The ladies in Sarasota were helpful and ended up finding the dress at the Tampa store for me. However the Tampa store was unable to locate the dress. I call the Clearwater store and spoke with Lindsay Z and very nice and friendly sales girl who works in the womens department. She glad found me the dress. I drove over an hour to pick with the size small dress and I'm grateful for all of her time and help. read more

The manager Joey Powers has absolutely no customer service skills. He is argumentative and down right rude. He should not be in customer service, let alone a managerial position. He fought with me over a return and would not let me return the item. I went back to the store the next day and another manger couldn't believe what had happened. I always shop at this store, and went back in today. When I got there he was greeting customers, but when I walked in the door ignored me and had a dirty look. read more

Disappointing. I've shopped Nordstrom and the Rack for years when I lived near DC and NYC. Now that I live in Clearwater I was excited to get to this new store. I was very disappointed and left with nothing. It has been a while since I have been to a Rack so maybe the brand/ concept has changed or maybe it was just very picked over ( although racks were pretty full) but it seemed to have a lot of the same things over and over and very little interesting or unique clothes. Seemed to have more younger teen / young adult clothes than regular women's. Very little classic designers. Also, THIS IS FLORIDA....3/4 of the store for women was clothes we can wear maybe 5 cold days a year. I noticed the men's section had more shorts, lighter shirts etc than the women's and children's did. I' m sad. I was excited for a birthday money shopping spree! read more

I ordered a dress for an office Christmas party on the 19th. I got an email confirmation saying it would be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. On the 24th I still did not receive a confirmation that it was shipped so I called and spoke to a customer service rep. She said that shipping had been delayed that my dress had been located and should be out shortly. Come the 27th my dress still had not been shipped I called and talked to another representative that said shipping had been delayed because of high volume. I stressed to her that I needed the dress by the 9th for a Christmas party and she ensured me it would be here on time. I called back on the 28th to cancel my order because there was no way the dress would be here on time when I called back the customer service rep told me that the order had already been canceled because the item was sold out. I am very disappointed and Nordstrom Rack and the fact that the first customer service rep lied to me as well as the second rep. I will not be shopping with Nordstrom Rack again. read more
