Super cute styles that function almost as a capsule wardrobe, because nearly everything goes with nearly everything, and is made with a wonderful, performance jersey. I love that they have some things that are a bit longer than Lilly Pulitzer and others; there is a jersey skort, made from kind of a waxed cotton (not sure how it is categorized) that won't show your whole backside when you're golfing. They also carry a ruffled v-neck, sleeveless top in a myriad of colors and prints, that will get you around the "collared" shirt requirement on the course. My friend found a darling dress with a-line shoulders and lots of straps/cut outs, in a beautiful navy and green print. It was mine! Pricing is not "cheap," but neither is the quality, and you'll find it's a good bit less expensive than Lilly Pulitzer; Jean Pierre Klifa; Spartina; and other brands with similar colors; material; and quality. To me, that's value. Virginia helped us in the store, and she was very nice, very knowledgeable, and even offered to set back the kelly green linen jacket, because she suspected I would call back and want it -- and she was right! I have had two horrible experiences here at this store with the same staff member within a two week time period. The first incident is where the manager Emma refused to provide service as she said it was too close to closing time and that her staff was clocking out of the system. I explained that it was the final day to make a return during the return exchange period. She said no again due to her employee clocking out. I pleaded with her and asked her if she could help if the other employee was clocked out. She replied no. As I leave the store and get into my car it had just reached the closing time. Today's incident was with the same manager Emma. I made sure to come well before the closing to select a few items. I had my husband and my two children with me. My children were excited about the animal mannequins at the front of the store. While I continued to shop my children followed behind me. But then ran back to the front towards the mannequin. The manager Emma then yelled across the store to me regarding my children even though I was within a few feet. I quickly responded and apologized. As I continued to shop and carry my children, Manager Emma followed me around the section. As I went to the checkout line, she followed my husband and children out the store as they were thieves. I was in the store no longer than 10 minutes. I have never had an interaction like this in my life. I approached her after I purchased my items and spoke of my disappointment and pure disgust with how she provides customer service. Both visits no staff member greeted me or any customers or offered help. I believe that the manager sets the tone for the rest of the employees therefore the environment is unwelcoming and lacks respect. Manager Emma should not be working as a manager of any establishment let alone in customer service.

I looked around and they actually had 8 people working and none of them where picking orders for customers' orders. Two behind the front desk and 6 standing around with each other or standing at front door to greet and watch the front door. This mismanagement is not acceptable or professional. In addition, the young guy that wears glasses, with brown hair is very practiced at being rude, insolent and disingenuous with the customers.

I'm not able to go as much as I'd like, but a visit here at Christmastime is always quite enjoyable! This mall still has a decent occupancy rate, an acceptable food court, several sit-down dining options, a nice movie theater, and even an ice skating rink. The attached Whole Foods is also a plus, IF you can afford shopping there! (I always look online at their weekly sales items before I visit). Since so many of our former indoor malls have been converted to outdoor "strip malls," I'm very glad Countryside has so far survived the preference for online shopping and still exists!

Everything on line says they are open till 9:00. It was difficult for my husband to walk and we had a good distance to walk outside the mall to get to our car. We found an open door to Penney's and entered and were told to leave that they were closed and waiting for one customer to leave. I asked if we could go through to the other door and was told a definite no. I tried to explain my husband couldn't walk far and we were locked outside. So I'm writing this to warn anyone who is disabled that the mall closes at 8:00 now.
