One of the sinks worked, toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, it was 90293739201° in there, toilet paper touches the floor and it's everywhere in the bathroom. The stalls, floors, mirrors, and sinks all have black sludge everywhere. I mean DISGUSTING. I wish I would have taken pictures.. My advice is to pay special attention to the bathrooms because it is definitely a health hazard in there.

You have orders from 2 days ago you haven't filled but you're slow!? Yeah, it's not the store that's slow... yet I wait! The order still NEVER arrived! So we get to Tuesday & I'm still waiting! At 7:30pm they canceled & say my $200 will be refunded in TEN BUSINESS DAYS!! So not only are the staff incompetent they've also stolen my money! I've also paid for a service that they failed to provide! They also claimed they shipped the soda off my order then canceled that the next day claiming it's out of stock. How is it out of stock if they shipped it the day before!? More lies!! I had 3 managers insist it was being delivered yet not a single person in this store understands the meaning of the words they speak. I just think 18 minutes is a little too long to wait in line, especially given that I had just one item and paid cash. When I realized I didn't have it, I retraced my steps with no luck. The awesome lady at the front, Kathy, offered to help. She flagged down the manager, Conrad who went above and beyond to help me. While a ran out to my truck to make sure I hadn't left it there, he went around the entire store with his personal cell phone calling me trying to help me find it, which he did! He even came outside to flag me down as he saw I was visibly upset. Both Kathy and Conrad could not have been kinder or more helpful. The store was organize, clean, and well kept. Its always nice to shop in a store like that. But when you have employees like Kathy and Conrad, it takes it to the next level. I will most definitely be back to this specific store with friends!
