They told me they were working on the AC. However, it never improved. It's a sweat fest every time. It's so hot in this store, even in Winter, I have now discovered. Also, last Thursday, I popped in & same thing, a sweat locker. And, the bathrooms were completely closed off. The man that was working there told me that the bathroom's have been out for 3 weeks & counting. How do you run a business when you have no AC for months and no bathrooms for 3 weeks? Ridiculous! Once the mistake was discovered, I immediately contacted the store, explained the situation, and asked to recover the item. This is an exceptionally rare suit with historical significance. The Country Music Hall of Fame has expressed interest in preserving it. My intent was never resale or profit -- only preservation. One of the owners initially agreed to sell the suit back to me for $1,000, which I was ready to pay. That agreement was later canceled after others affiliated with the store became involved. The price was raised to $4,000. After they learned I was trying to raise funds to recover the suit, the price was increased again -- this time to $20,000. Despite acknowledging the donation was a mistake, the situation was treated strictly as a revenue opportunity. There was no compassion, no effort to correct the error -- only escalating prices. If you donate or shop here, understand this is not a charitable organization in practice. Items are resold for maximum profit, including through affiliated resellers who split proceeds with the store. I'm sharing this so the public can make informed decisions about where they donate and who they support.

I called to notify them and was informed we needed to arrive no later than 7:15 PM. We arrived promptly at 7:15, only to be told we would have to reschedule. To our frustration, the studio was bustling with families--precisely what we had tried to avoid, as it excites our dog and makes photo sessions challenging. Adding insult to injury, it became apparent they were running behind because the group before us had gone over their time slot--by more than 45 minutes. This disorganization directly impacted us, and I question why the previous group was given such leniency at the expense of our session. After leaving, my husband went back inside to speak with them and returned to say we could proceed with our session. I quickly dressed our dog in his sweater and returned to the studio within minutes. However, we were then told we had taken too long and would need to reschedule. This level of inconsistency and lack of respect for our time was shocking. We drove over an hour for this session, only to have our appointment mishandled at every turn. The lack of coordination and time management on their part not only disrupted our plans but also left us feeling like we were being penalized for their own missteps. Their approach to customer service and scheduling needs serious improvement to avoid inconveniencing clients in this way.
