This is the most incompetent store I have ever attempted to order from! The manager for that department; Jace is a liar & needs to be fired! Where do I start... on Sunday I placed an order using the plus membership I pay for. It was due at 6pm. At 9pm they text saying it would be here at 9:10pm. It never arrived. At 10:30 I chat with support who assures me there was an error but my order would be here at 7am on Monday. It still never arrived!! At 8:30 I get a message that I need to reschedule so I did. It said my order would be here between 12-2. It again never arrived! I called support, an hour on the phone & the girl "jennifer" called the store & spoke to Jace the manager. Jace assured her he would make sure the order was delivered on time. Except he failed again! At 2:30pm I get a message it's running late but will be here by 3... nope! Wrong again! I called the store with the info Jennifer gave me to follow up with Jace. This guy was not even there! Some girl that barely speaks claimed "they were really slow so he took a break" excuse me!? You have orders from 2 days ago you haven't filled but you're slow!? Yeah, it's not the store that's slow... yet I wait! The order still NEVER arrived! So we get to Tuesday & I'm still waiting! At 7:30pm they canceled & say my $200 will be refunded in TEN BUSINESS DAYS!! So not only are the staff incompetent they've also stolen my money! I've also paid for a service that they failed to provide! They also claimed they shipped the soda off my order then canceled that the next day claiming it's out of stock. How is it out of stock if they shipped it the day before!? More lies!! I had 3 managers insist it was being delivered yet not a single person in this store understands the meaning of the words they speak. It's like I need to purchase a case of dictionaries or maybe hooked on phonics would be better... this is the most pathetic excuse for a store ever!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

I bought a necklace for my granddaughter that was "on sale" for $28. I got home and removed the price sticker to see it was originally $20 plus a tag that was hidden had $20 on it. That's not a sales price if they are raising the prices. This is a scam! read more

Employees, just let their friends and whoever skipped the line on limited released products. A stand there and have everybody get in a single file line and follow the rules and then they let their friends jump in front and skip people and grab whatever they want. You can usually say that one Walmart is just like another, however this one is a bit nicer. It's located on Missouri Ave. on the east side of the street just north of East Bay in Largo, FL. There's lots of parking. The interior seems bigger than normal. This store was exceptionally clean and tidy from the bathrooms on up. I just usually just run in and out with my purchases but in this Walmart, I don't mind browsing. I would definitely recommend this store. read more

After several tries, I was told by other employees to come back tomorrow. HELLO! It was NOT a return, JUST an exchange... AND I had the receipt. When I asked for a manager, Aleema came to the rescue. I work at this walmart and its pretty okay but the customers can be absolutely miserable always yelling at other workers. 99% of the time we have no idea what we are doing because people do not know how to train us properly and then when people ask us questions and it takes longer than 2 minutes to look it up people go ape shit because our devices take too long. Yall need to give us a break. Especially in the online grocery department! Keeping track of thousands of orders is hard to do. And when orders go missing we usually try to repick the order for the customer. But people need patience. We CANNOT have an order out in less than a minute we have a process and people can obviously not understand that. And heres a TIP before you pick up your groceries. DO NOT COME BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT. The amount of complaints we have is because for some reason people have an appointment after they pick up their groceries. PLEASE come later we are open from 7am-10pm and we hold orders up until 3 days.... So please just give us some time. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! Warning DO NOT purchase stuff online for pickup at this store and expect it to be there. As soon as I got my confirmation email that my order was ready, I went to the store to pick it up only to be told it was already "dispensed"!! WTF!! They had no proof who it was "dispensed" to but it certainly wasn't to me. So I told them I just want my money back. Cashier proceeds to give me back the wrong amount, even as I'm showing her my emailed receipt. Her explanation- that's the amount HER computer shows!!! Chinese guy was in the electronics cashing about 2 people out. I kindly said excuse me and told him whenever he had a minute could I get one of the Xbox games out of the locked case. He laughed rudely and just looked towards what he was scanning. I walked back to the games waiting on him and after it had been about 5-8 minutes I went to go remind him. Figured he just forgot, and he wasn't there. Literally stood in the electronic center for 35 minutes and asked at least 4-5 employees to page someone who could unlock the case for me. I ordered online three games two arrived that were relatively inexpensive; The Rummycube game is 48 dollars and change which should have been delivered in June. On July 22nd I realized I still had not received the game. I did an online chat with Walmart and was told no refund because the order is from a third party provider yet I paid for it on my Walmart credit card! Needless to say I today is July 28, 2022 and still no game and no refund. Never order online from Walmart. The third party they get the merchandise from is called Sale Sentric LLC. The worst Walmart I've ever been to. The place is a mess, things are just thrown on the shelves. Their website shows stuff is in stock there but they are unable to find it. Since everything is just thrown on shelves it's difficult to find the price or its easy to get mixed up and end up getting something for twice as much as you thought it would be. Then we have the grocery section that is always boxed in with pallets upon pallets of food. They fill every single opening with pallets, leave carts of stuff everywhere, and make shopping here a complete hassle. If you forget something you can't cross over and grab it, yo have to walk all the way to the front or back of the store to get around the pallets. You will have to leave your cart at the end of an aisle as there is too much junk everywhere to squeeze it through. Add all that on top of the, usually, rude cashiers and extremely slow customer service desk, and you have all the ingredients of a terrible store that you should avoid. Go to one of the many other Walmarts around, you won't regret it. read more

place seems like it's hurting for good help. not the worst WalMart i've been to but obviously some long timers and some new folks who do not have service-related experience. every time i go they have piles of product in the aisles so if you have to make a left into say, cat food, you will have to go to the end and make a U-turn. This Walmart is always running out of Food items. They are always out of stock. I order delivery and they never have the items I want in stock. Always out of simple frozen food items like chicken pot pies, bakery cookies, bakery pies, I don't know what I am going to do. I don't think I am going to renew my membership for delivery? It's really sad because the delivery service runs well but no use having it if I can't get the items I want and need??? Hopefully Walmart will see this and fix the situation? Took advantage of the black friday savings and picked up a Philips 4k ultra hd smart tv. Upon getting the tv home the screen was damaged. I called the store 30 minutes after purchasing It to let them know and to have another one set aside to replace this one. I was told that They Will refund my money and that's it. I can't afford to purchase a 600 dollar tv and they don't seem to want to help with any solution to replace my tv. This was a gift that has now ruined my wife's birthday since this was the only thing she wanted. Wal-Mart will not order me another ship me another or replace mine with a tv that is equivalent to this one. Thanks Wal-Mart for nothing.
