I felt compelled to create a yelp account just to provide a review due to the nature of my interactions with Old Navy on US 19 in Clearwater. I have had two horrible experiences here at this store with the same staff member within a two week time period. The first incident is where the manager Emma refused to provide service as she said it was too close to closing time and that her staff was clocking out of the system. I explained that it was the final day to make a return during the return exchange period. She said no again due to her employee clocking out. I pleaded with her and asked her if she could help if the other employee was clocked out. She replied no. As I leave the store and get into my car it had just reached the closing time. Today's incident was with the same manager Emma. I made sure to come well before the closing to select a few items. I had my husband and my two children with me. My children were excited about the animal mannequins at the front of the store. While I continued to shop my children followed behind me. But then ran back to the front towards the mannequin. The manager Emma then yelled across the store to me regarding my children even though I was within a few feet. I quickly responded and apologized. As I continued to shop and carry my children, Manager Emma followed me around the section. As I went to the checkout line, she followed my husband and children out the store as they were thieves. I was in the store no longer than 10 minutes. I have never had an interaction like this in my life. I approached her after I purchased my items and spoke of my disappointment and pure disgust with how she provides customer service. Both visits no staff member greeted me or any customers or offered help. I believe that the manager sets the tone for the rest of the employees therefore the environment is unwelcoming and lacks respect. Manager Emma should not be working as a manager of any establishment let alone in customer service. read more

Service, 2 of the employees working as the cash registers just lacked manners. I was over charged and the vibe was just rude and I felt uncomfortable. Then separately kept being asked for a credit card app (twice) and said I'm sorry I can't right now, then got attitude after that. No smiles, no thank you have a good day etc. read more

DO NOT GO HERE ON BLACK FRIDAY! What a nightmare! I had no idea they did the 50% off everything. If I had, I would have saved myself the trouble! Over all, the prices were pretty damned good, but the store was a nightmare mess. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was tearing things apart. The line was a mile long (But it moved quick) and there was almost nothing that I wanted for gifts. Though I did find myself a nice woolen Pea Coat for a decent price. read more

Why only have 4 cashiers on a Saturday in December? The line was 25 minutes! Poor customer service practice makes me dread coming here.

I pooped in as I am going on a trip and needed some new casual clothes for the t shirts and shorts. I didn't want to spend a fortune and OlD Navy has nice stuff without breaking the bank. I am not a fashionista but I still liking looking presentable without old wrinkled shirts and shorts. I was pleased with my choices and would definitely go back. Here all the time well at least twice a month. I love this place because they have my favorite brand of workout clothes. The clothes are inexpensive and work for a super fast, super cheap outfit. Amazing place for last minute gifts. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I have not had the pleasure of running into any unpleasant associates yet in this location. Clearance - this section can get pretty messy in the store the recently relocated to the back of the store in a corner and gets pretty crowded back there . Which can be problematic when two people are trying to look at the same rack. The children's clothes are fabulous they are cheap and last long enough for the children to grow out of them. No complaints on the kids section it is always put together well. read more

This was the first Old Navy that I ever stepped foot in many, many years ago. To this day remains my favorite even though it is no longer the closest to me. This Old Navy is well laid out with Woman's clothing and items on the right and Men's on the left. Children's clothing is in the back and there is clearance and fitting rooms in the center of the store. Staff has always been friendly and normally helpful here. They don't pester you as you are shopping, but they will help if needed. On this most recent trip I found everything I wanted to try on in my size accept for one pair of shorts. Luckily, I found another pair I liked just as much that was on sale. Their normal prices can be a little high for the quality, but their sales are awesome. I purchased a dress, three shirts and a pair of shorts for $60 on this visit (all were on sale except for one shirt). Overall, I continue to be a fan of Old Navy's clothing, prices and shopping experience. I also love that I can have Hubby drop me off here while he is in TigerDirect. Win Win. read more

Oh old navy! So near and dear to my heart. I wish they had one in Brandon ! I love the quality of the clothes, the prices are fair and the selections are great. Sometimes digging through the clearance is a pain or even the racks and tables can be very disorganized. The fitting room is small with two entrances on opposite sides so the attendant goes back and forth, if she isn't facing you than your wait is longer. The customer service is fine- not stellar but fine. The lines were long to check out and there were only two cashiers and one was on the phone. Overall it's worth it, especially when there are sales. Amongst all the chaos on a Christmas Eve this Old Navy managed to be well kept and not disheveled like most other stores! Of course the lines were long, but with 5 cashiers in hand it moved along quickly. I'd been to the Tyrone ON prior and couldn't find a pair of jeans that fit right. When I was driving back from Countryside mall I stopped in heat with fingers crossed that I'd find something. Well say hello to the new Rockstar 24/7 jegging! They come in denim, a light charcoal grey & black! The denim version is a stretchy waist line while the other two are zip & button up. I'm so thrilled that I found these! Unlike the normal Rockstar super skinny jeans, I'm able to fit into these stretchy fit much better! Big thighs & a big booty are quite happy with the snug form fit and happy to say I can wear them all day without my circulation being cut off in my legs like normal jeans do. I may be heading back there to snag a grey pair so I can have one of each color! All the displays were freshly folded and shirts, coats were hung properly. Probably the cleanest and well kept store I've been in close to a holiday! read more

Was very disappointed. Ordered curbside pickup because I had my baby in the car. Ordered it 4 days prior to picking up. When I picked it up there was the completely wrong item in my bag. Had to carry my baby inside to return it and find out that my item I bought had sold within the past few days. A careless worker made me miss out on the item I wanted. No apologies or anything given to me. Cashier just returned my item like it was normal to mess up an order there. Curbside pickup is suppose to be a convenience for you not more work and a waste of time. read more

Old Navy pricing is good but, this store is dirty! I think the dust on the lighting has accumulated for YEARS!! The bathroom if filthy and could use updating and don't get me started on the floors! It's 11:28am on a Monday and it already looks like a troop of toddlers has dumped clothes all over the floors. The staff was pleasant but, this place needs a full time janitor for starters. If you're looking for affordable clothes, Old Navy has them. I've found that this location doesn't always have the full selection that the online store has, so if you're looking for something specific that you see online, you might be out of luck in-store (I was recently looking for a sweater I saw online, and when I inquired with the salespeople if they'd seen it at some point, they informed me that they never had...but they sometimes get items in later than other stores...hm). I do love that they offer price adjustments on items if they go on sale - I bought a jacket that went on sale the next day and all I needed to do was bring in my receipt and they adjusted the price for me. I don't shop here often but recently had a sale which was unbeatable! I ended up getting about 20 shirts and shorts and so on for maybe 2 bucks each. This deal was really a shocker. Flip flops of many colors ended up being about 73 cents each. I think old navy was having this crazy sale which may people should always be on the look out. The items sold were things that would fit anyone's style. Visit them, especially when they have crazy sales! Their normal priced clothing are also cute! I come to old navy because of the inexpensive clothes. They had many cute selections in the regular and clearance section. To my surprise there was size Small shirts and size 9 shoes in the clearance section. I swore i would only go window shopping but i had to get those versatile pieces for my woredrobe. The only downside was that i didn't assistance at all in the dressing room and they took so long for such a short line. So happy to have an Old Navy in the area that is NOT attached to a mall. Staff is pretty friendly, I like that they don't bother you much but if you do need them I am always able to find someone. It is a large store so alot of variety and size options. The clearance area is tidier than most O.N. stores I've been to. They always have a sale so you definitely can get more for your buck here. It is old navy... if you don't know what they sell get out from under your rock. Store is good sized and clean. Staff is helpful and will look at other locations to see if items are there. They tend to have a lot of folks on registers which is also a nice plus. Always have sales of some kind and the clearance area is generally stocked with fun bargains. read more
