    Went in and the people are always rude and the clothes are so overpriced. You could easily buy the stuff elsewhere.

    After reading the reviews, if you are buying they are nice and helpful, if you are selling they are rude. Hmm. That's not right!

    DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM HERE!!! I purchased shoes for my son and tried to return them 9 days later…read morebecause the back of one had a hole through the heel, on the inside (he had worn them for 2 days). I took them to the store and they said I could not return them because they had been worn. I said "but they are defective" and salesperson said they were not defective when I bought them....9 days earlier. She said they would not return them because they are worn. Not that it matters to you Nordstrom rack but you just lost a customer. What horrible service selling goods and then not standing behind them 9 days later.

I purchased a pair of sneakers 2 weeks ago. During my first time wearing them I noticed that there was a defect on one of the shoes and the entire seam came a part across the toe bed. I went back into the store with the shoes, in the original box and with my still valid receipt given it was less than 30 days since the purchase. They told me that since I wore the shoes they would not take them back despite them very clearly being defective and it being less than 30 days since the purchase. The store manager basically told me "sorry about your luck". I even asked if by chance I could just have a store credit so that my money was tied up in the store. She barely even acknowledged me and walked away before I was even done talking. It is unbelievable to me that despite Nordstrom Rack being a sister store of Nordstrom (who has 5 star customer service) their customer service is absurd. Even sadder that they employee managers that do not even show common consideration for customers. You just lost a loyal one.
