I'll only give them two stars because I had no choice whether to use them or not. I bought a house in December from a seller they were representing. All throughout the process, this escrow company kept telling me NOT to pay my credit card bills because it would be paid with the close of the sale via closing costs....YEA RIGHT! Not only did they NOT use the closing costs to pay off my credit cards, but I had to drive 85 miles to pick up the measly $56 and $92 check that they were supposed to use for my credit card debt. Now my debt is 30 days past due, my credit dropped 90 points and now I have to call all these companies and argue with customer care. This Escrow company is full of crap and I hope I never have to use them again! read more

Please, don't waste your time. If you are in need of a good escrow agent, ALEXIS and his team at CLOSING AGENTS ESCROW is where you ABSOLUTELY need to go! I am a licensed real estate broker, but on this transaction, my wife and I were selling our own home. Alexis was referred by a longtime friend and he was so knowledgeable, professional, and positive! We had a very difficult transactional process on this particular deal - our house had been listed since September 2016 - during that time, we received four purchase contracts and opened escrow twice. We had an extremely challenging transactional process during both of our escrows and Alexis was right there with us the ENTIRE TIME with his unfettered support! The first escrow lasted for about 30 days and the buyer had to back out in the end because he couldn't complete his 1031 exchange. The second escrow lasted ALMOST 80 DAYS! During our second escrow, eight days before we were supposed to close, our buyer informed us that they had a tax lien. Luckily, the buyer paid off the tax lien but once they did, we had to wait almost 40 days for the proof of the lien release to be issued to the buyer from the IRS. During both of our escrows, Alexis was AMAZING and so helpful!! WIth our second escrow especially, Alexis got involved (without us having to ask him) and helped the buyer's lender escalate the issue with the IRS, by helping them complete a form to send in. I truly feel that the ONLY reason we were able to close escrow on May 5th of this year (and not later than that) was because Alexis took the time out of his already busy schedule to get involved. More importantly, he never made it seem as if it was because that was his JOB. He made us feel like it was important for him to do it because he wanted to do it for US. You just don't find this kind of dedicated, genuine service anywhere! This entire process was also very emotionally draining for my wife and me, especially because we wanted to sell our home to buy our next one for us and our family. Alexis was a BIG reason this happened for us and we can't thank him enough for all of his hard work and dedication!!
