TL;DR: Ari is an honest, kind, patient, efficient, wise and knowledgeable agent. He is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home, condo, etc in the Los Angeles area. ______ As a first-time home buy on an entry level budget in a hyper competitive market Ari was truly the superpower in our home buying process. When we were looking for houses, I knew Ari would always give us his honest, no BS opinion, and we never felt pressured or rushed. I genuinely knew he always had our best interest at heart and I deeply valued his opinion on what is a very expensive, serious investment. We spent about 6 months seriously looking at houses, and we saw probably 15-20 homes during that time. As we were house hunting during COVID times, we would only go to see homes that we were serious about, and thought we had a chance of purchasing. Los Angeles is a crazy, wild west of a market and homes would often get 20+ offers. True insanity. Ari was so knowledgeable about the market, was super upfront and realistic with us, and helped us to craft competitive, creative offers to give us an extra edge. He also encouraged us to write a heartfelt letter to go with each offer, and in speaking to the seller after we closed, I found out this was a huge factor in why the sellers chose us. I cannot more highly recommend Ari Rubinstein. My colleague at UCLA referred me to him, after she and her husband had an excellent experience home shopping with Ari in the pre-COVID era.
