I had another company working in my home and they were awful. Countless mistakes they made were being charged to me. Finally I called Closets by Design and noticed an immediate difference in customer service. The office manager, Blake listened to the situation I was currently dealing with and was mortified when I told him what was happening. After I set my appointment I received a follow up call to confirm from same gentlemen who assured me that punctuality was very important to them because MY time is valuable. They can out and were very professional and helpful in getting my space finished. Once the job was finished in under the amount of time I was quoted I received another follow up from Blake to ensure the job was completed in a satisfactory manner. I assured him everything was great and I was so thankful that their expertise was able to fix my problem. I will not hesitate to have them work on any other organization projects fornmw in the future. This summer I had several jobs done with Closets by design: first I started with the main bedroom walking closet. I was so happy with the process and the end result that I also got done : two kids closets, TV entertainment unit and the office built in units. My consultant was Missy Wilson. Even though I thought I knew what I wanted she helped me find the right design with her expertise. I found Missy extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She took her time to do the designs with me and she priced them right there in front of me. There were no surprises or hidden fees. I was extremely satisfied with booking, deposit and balance payment at installation. The installers were great too, they were efficient, fast and clean. Love, Love, Love my new office!! Feels like a whole new room. Just filled-up the drawers and got my computer all set-up. Workmanship is top-notch. The two installers wore booties, asked where I wanted the wires to go. They knew what I wanted without even asking. Custom is worth every penny, compared to the Ikea office crap I had. Loved working with Missy. She gave me helpful guidance on my project and I would definetly work with her again. Called and had a designer (Emma) out within a week. She measured, and on 2nd appointment we reviewed samples, design and moved on with an installation date. I was out of town during the install, but my house sitter was there to let them in, etc. They scheduled it for 2 days, but completed the install in 1 day! Such an easy and fun experience. Missy came and listened to what I had envisioned and in a matter of 30 mins had the entire builders wire shelving completely refigured into a dream closet. Missy came to our house and helped us redesign both our pantry and Landry room. I wasn't sure what I wanted at all for the laundry room but she came up with a great idea that we love.
