Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.

Originally, we began calling door companies to get customized doors which would lock. As we began to investigate, we came across 305 Closets among the listed door companies. Odd, but -- hey -- okay! It was a simple and short phone call. Next, Patrick came out quickly, drew up his ideas, and said that all of the storage regions could be linked together via one (1) key so we wouldn't have to track multiple keys!!! "LOVE it!!!" was the reaction. The work was completed promptly and we couldn't be happier. Glossy, long, elegant doors with chunky silver handles. A NEW storage closet that was built from floor-to-ceiling, and more. All of this from scratch!! And, all of this was done via a few sketches from the owner, Patrick. His work is absolutely excellent. He isn't 305 Closets, okay?!? He is a creative artist who can provide a terrific "design vision" for your home. He created ultimate beauty for us -- only increasing the value of our home. He literally came over 2 days before Christmas. By New Years Eve, I had 2 closets and a laundry room. We were thrilled with the product and told Patrick that as we began to expand our home, we would reach out to him in the future. Fast forward to 2019, we called Patrick when it was time to do the nursery for our baby girl. She needed a fabulous closet too! Patrick came over and worked with us and our very strange shaped closet. Unlike other places, like the Container Store that could not adapt to the space we needed, Patrick really made the most practical use of the space for the closet.
