I've been here twice now and both times they were able to immediately solve my computer problems. The first time I came, my computer had crashed and wiped. I lost everything on it. They were able to somehow recover the hard drive (even though everything had been wiped) in no time at all, and it hardly cost me anything. The second time I came here, I wanted them to look at my computer. My computer's performance had become incredibly slow over the last couple years, and I had tried everything. I had a lot of people look at it, lowered all of my computer settings, updated my drivers, etc. None of that worked. When I brought my laptop here, they literally took my laptop apart, used a blowing machine, and cleaned out all of its interior. They were methodical and patient. And they only charged me $20 (another store had told me on the phone they would charge me over a hundred plus additional installation and hardware costs for a new video card - which I did not need). So it was a really great deal. All in all, they will help you, they are experts, they are not looking to scam you, and they are friendly people. Stop by here if you have a computer problem.
