My wife and I had the tasting menu. It was superb. We sommelier did a very nice job pairing wines with our meal.

Overall 8/10 for me. Service: very good but also very serious, too stiff for me. We had the tasting menu, Game Consome / Chicken Soup with Churro and Shaved Truffle : Churro was not better than San Gines (didn't feel very fresh) and the truffle lost it's flavor already probably a bit old. Crunchy Pig's Ear : the fried parts are really good but the Pig Ear was really thin that I wasn't sure if I tasted anything from it. Cod's Liquid Ball : not bad. Scarlet Shrimp and Egg Yolk with Shrimp's Broth : the shrimp was really fresh with firm texture. Egg Yolk and Shrimp Broth that was served in the head was SUPER tasty and delicious. Stewed Cod Tripe Madrid Style : doesnt remember Hake and It's Own Pio Pio : it was good but I have to say this dish had no surprise :/ something you can expect in a nicer restaurant in general. Venison Loin - cooked to perfection Winter Citrus - boring dessert Homemade Madrid Creme Bruce : it's sort of like half made meringue in creme brulee flavor, something I've never had before and was just, wow! Chocolate Brownie and Nuts - brownie, seriously? I have to say the food was great but for a one Michelin Star €85 dinner tasting I was expecting a bit more. Loved 4 dishes out of 10 doesn't seem enough, or it might just be me not looking for food just being well-prepared and delicious but also different.

The meats and fishes are incredible and always cooked to perfection. The salads are truly a worker art the flavors, bursting and freshness exudes from every single dish. A member of our party had the chicken tikka and while he did say that it was excellent it is a bit odd that they have chicken tikka on a European inspired menu. The service is quite typical for this type of restaurant: quick and easy but not outstanding. The ambience makes you feel like you're in the middle of a bright city like New York or Tokyo, the bustling waiters and heavy foot traffic throughout the restaurant brings up the energy and the constant chatter and noise from other diners really makes you feel immersed in the whole experience. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody and it is definitely a destination landmark on a trip to Madrid.

They bring olives, bread, and a small soup when you sit down which sounds nice until you realize it's not free. The steak was excellent, and the truffle and egg linguini stood out. The avocado lasagna was also surprisingly good. Service was good, our waiter was refreshingly honest and even steered us away from less popular dishes. It gets busy, so make a reservation.

We ordered a salad which was a very unique dining experience because it came in a pot with scissors. You cut pieces off and topped it with chicken and egg plant it was honestly really cool. Next we had a Spanish pancake which was ok I personally wasn't crazy about it but it was good nothing crazy though. We followed this up with the croquets which were small but very tasty filled with ham and cheese. We then had the Potito or Baby Jar. It's egg mixed with truffle and garlic in a small jar. It was one of my favorites so much flavor in this dish. It went really well with the bread they serve. The duck racks were also very good nice amount of different flavors from all the assortment of toppings they bring you. The last tapa we had was the star of the show. The flaming steak was amazing m. The perfectly cooked steak was seasoned to perfection and they literally brought a fire to your table when they cooked it. I was in love with this dish and would definitely recommend it as a must have. For desert the last thing we had was the crema de queso. Definitely an interesting take on desert. This place is amazing one of the best dinner experiences I have had. Thank you Anthony Bourdain!!! Pro tip: this place is kind of hard to find. It's immediately next to a restaurant with a black cat on its front door.

The restaurant was not extremely packed, but it was lively. It took a minute to find someone to seat us, and once we were seated our waiter told us we had about 10 minutes to order before the kitchen closed, although they advertised being open until 2am. We kept wondering why everyone was looking out at our table from the kitchen but no wait staff came over until finally we realized there was a buzzer on our table that we could use to summon the wait staff, get our check etx. When the waitress came over she was friendly and assured us we had enough time to order what we wanted from the kitchen. She also tried to speak English as best she could to explain what the dishes were. We ordered some typical tapas - Ravioli Burrata, Chicken Wings, Croquetas, Gyoza of Ropa Vieja, and Duck Tacos. The tacos were flavorful and the Gyozas were delicious. The other tapas were just ok, didn't stand out any more than others. I did not like the texture of the Ravioli and it is a cold dish so seemed bland to me. I thought the food was good overall, but it did seem a little pricey.
