Rumble Boxing - Rumble is a 45 minute, half boxing, half strength HIIT workout

I love Rumble! They're in soft opening this week but the classes have been great. All the…read moreinstructors and staff are super sweet and motivating. So far I've taken Kyle, Chris, and Kate's class and they were super fun! Can't wait to take the other classes. Currently they have an upper body, lower body, and full body class. Book a class online, either the bag or the floor. Come in, check in to class at the front on the ipad and you get an assigned locker with your name and your spot number. I personally bring my own wraps and gloves but they have some for purchase and you can borrow gloves. Make sure you bring water - they also have a water station and two bathrooms equipped with hair ties, deodorant etc. which I thought was pretty cool! Also they provide towels, make sure to grab one cause class can get hot and sweaty!!! Each class is about 45 minutes, mix of strength training/HIIT/conditioning/cardio etc. The class starts with the trainer breaking down the 6 main punches and format of the class. We do a warmup then go straight to either the bag or the floor. What I like about the class is the different rotations that go on - bag for 3 "rounds", floor/strength training for 3 rounds, back to the bag for 2, and lastly the floor for your last 2 rounds. Or if you start on the floor it's vice versa. They also have visuals in the front of the screen that help you out, which I personally like. You get some active recovery between each session too. Definitely a sweaty session but I always feel good after class. The trainers are amazing! Their energy is contagious and keep the class hyped. I always feel like I'm in a rave, but in a good way! A boxing rave! The music and lights get you in the zone. Honestly, it's a great way to let off some steam and get a good workout. Definitely recommend this place.

It definitely pushed me, but it was nice to see other people of all different levels around me. This class is definitely going to get me in shape. Best part- it was so fun!!! Best gym on the East Side!!…read more I started coming to Facet Seven Eado to get in the best Bride-To-Be/ Wedding shape I could, and it happened thanks to Mikel!! I highly recommend booking with him if you're in the market for a personal trainer! Not only will he help you reach your goals, but he's also very informative with why you're doing certain exercises (which is very helpful as someone who has no clue!) I do have to say, having a personal trainer really made my experience at Facet Seven Eado! I love that you can view all the trainer profiles online and book with them, making the whole process more approachable. The gym itself seems to have everything you would need - from machines to free weights to classes. Parking: They have some handicap parking and a few open spaces in front of the gym. That being said, I almost always had to park on the side street. Accessibility: In addition to the handicap parking - They do have a ramp for accessibility to the entrance as well, but otherwise get ready for a pre-workout warm up hiking up the stairs to the front entrance! They also have a large shower stall (at least in the women's locker room) for accessibility needs. Staff: The staff (especially the trainers) are beyond welcoming. For some reason the people at the front desk aren't so much. During my time here, I rarely got welcomed which does make it a bit awkward if you're not so comfortable in the gym. Also, they have a scanner to checkin on your app but that worked less than 50% of the time for me, leading to more awkward moments with the front desk. Space: The space is very open, allowing for a lot of different areas. During my time here, they did move some of the weights around, which made for a bit of a choke point/crowded area for the weight machines near the rowers. Personally this was a turn-off for me. Also, being a warehouse, it gets warm. There is AC but during the summer months it doesn't cool too effectively - which I guess helps you sweat and maybe is a good thing (but for me wasn't the best). Overall, I'd definitely return here if I needed a PT to help reach another goal. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a new gym in general !

This place feels like my 2nd home!…read more Being a mom of an active toddler, time is not my friend- so being able to get an amazing sweat session in a quick span, is ideal! There are 15 minute classes - cycle, rowing, or elliptical style Hitt sessions which are all in individual saunas that host up to 3 persons each class. If you want a longer class that is more yoga themed, you can opt for classes such as a "hot yoga", "hot buns" or pilates - each 40 min (warmup and cool down included). They also have a small weight room section- dumbells , kettlebells, battle rope and bench to get an effective weight session in before or after your class. The location is always very clean, which is a MUST considering the rooms are 120 degrees - a LOT of sweat flies around this place! Their staff always greets you and are available if you need help or have questions. I love the "community " atmosphere here as well.

Honestly, I want to gatekeep this place but that would be unfair…read more This is my favorite workout place. Between trying gyms, boutique Pilates studios, orange theory; F45 is the absolute king of work outs. I like F45 because they encourage you to lift more, and push yourself (safely). I feel muscles I've never felt before. I also feel stronger which is amazing. Usually I'd only lift 10-15 lbs max. But not here. I'm comfortable squating 44lbs, and 26lb for tricep extensions! Wth. Never thought I would do either. The coaches are so so nice. They will correct your form (I appreciate this a lot). I have only been to this location fyi. Initially, when you walk in, there's a white board that tells you the duration of the workout/rest periods, and how many laps and/or stations there are. There are cubbies for your stuff, and each cubby has a charger for your phone. They also have small towels for the workout class. There are also drinks and food if you're interested. Lastly, they have two bathrooms with showers. When class starts, the coach will do a quick run through of each station. Every class is so different. Not repetitive like OTF. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are cardio days. Tuesdays and Thursday's are (lifting) weight days. You can take a quick breather during class but they will cheer you on to finish the time out. You're there for a workout, after all. Usually if you are lost at the station, you can just copy the person next to you or look confused and the coach will come and show you again. Classes can include boxjumps, ski erg, rowers, weights, benches, resistance bands. Clases are usually 45 mins to an hour. What I like about this is that you're not waiting for the previous class to finish. They are usually gone, everything is wiped down/reset, and easy parking. I really love the community and the other members as well. The camaraderie is unmatched. They are all so nice, friendly, and welcoming. We are all shapes, sizes, and skin colors and working on our goals. I love that there are two water refill stations, two treadmills, a stair master, and a massage chair. Many accoutrements! They have a free 7 day trial period. Terrick is the owner and he's amazing!
