There are several different class options at different lengths, from 15 to 45min (depending on the workout). There's yoga, Pilates, rowing, spin, etc. each class is in a small heated studio with fit up to 3 people, but often times you're alone. You can change the temperature from inside or outside the studio! I tried iso, and it was a fantastic workout in 36ish mins. I kept the temperature around 125-130 throughout. Do note you need a specific yoga mat that can withstand the head. However, they have some there to rent!

Also attend the dance vibe class with Kami and it is super fun too, it's on Monday and Thursday night. The gym is clean and have all the amenities of a big box, more expensive gym. I love the fact they have an outdoor area to simulate working out in the backyard. They also have massage chairs and cryo loungers too. I am excited to take more classes here.

One of the main things I loved, was their $10/month option! I didn't even need to try out other gyms, because once I actually tried it out, I instantly loved EOS. The sign up process was a little rocky, but it was short lived so they won't lose points for that. I filled out the online application for a 7 day trial pass which was easy enough, then I began getting texts messages from the gym coordinating my first visit with one of their staff members. I stated I go very early around 5am in the texts, but then when I arrived I was told the person who was meant to show me around doesn't get there until 5pm and that's what they thought I meant. No biggie but I clearly stated my time. Anyway after that everything has been great. The gym is nice and spacious, clean, and has just about everything I could think of / like to use. They even have one or two machines I've only seen here. I love how many incline/adjustable benches and squat / deadlift platforms they have. I have yet to not find one when needed, but again I go pretty early. I really like that their dumbbells go up to like 150lbs if I remember right! They have lots of paper towel / cleaning stations which is nice, and their locker room has a sauna. They have other areas I haven't checked out but I am there for the weights / cardio equipment. To access the gym, you need the app with your login information to access a barcode that must be scanned to pull up your membership which is easy. I will say when I go in the evenings around 5-6pm for extra cardio, the gym is PACKED and parking is a pain even though they have a spacious parking lot. I am enjoying my workouts at this gym!

I have been going about 3 times a week and hope for more. Super convenient and the workouts are fun. I love all things sauna related. How it works: use their app to get in, schedule a class or group of classes. Once you get in there, the classes are playing on the TV. They have about 7 different class types from cycling to yoga to Pilates, barre, rowing and HIIT. They also have a weight area with free weights and machines. You can watch the workouts and do them in each dedicated sauna or in the fx zone. The machine classes are 15 minutes each and you can book them back to back. Each sauna fits 3 people at a time but only once did I have someone else in the class with me. The yoga, Pilates, hiit and barre classes are 45 mins long. The studio is 24/7 so you go when it's convenient. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the studio is nice and clean. They have large restrooms and a shower. Great for a quick workout at lunch time or before or after work. The temps can be adjusted and the sound and lights too depending on how you want to work out. The app works well too and allows you to schedule 3 days out. There are rewards for taking classes and you can use it to track progress or redeem merch. You need a mat and towel from them to use the strength classes like barre, Pilates, hiit, bands, stretching or yoga. They can be rented too. I bought my gear and use it when taking those classes. They provide foam rollers if you need them. I am a fan and can't wait to see results. The only thing I wish they had was treadmill, stair climber, elliptical or more non-machine cardio workouts. I signed up for the free intro class at 5:00am because its an option after you sign up a sign pops up and says be there at 4:30am. I was there and I was turned away by the front desk girl. She said oh we dont do intros in the morning because we are still setting up but I can reschedule you... first why is it an option she just said oh we are still working that out. No one wants to hear that after they climbed out of bed at 4:10am. I have a 4 year old and a 18 month old. No you can't reschedule me. Does this company value their clients. I am so upset and bummed out. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately the overall quality of the place has declined. You can tell by the equipments that are not well maintained, the lack of cleanliness in some restrooms, the type of people who go to that location and their behavior... the overall Life Time experience is not what it used to be. I'm not sure what happened but it is not what it used to be. For that price, we expected higher quality.

Gold's Gym, Lifetime Fitness, Club 4, Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, to name a few are all ABC Fitness foundation and Crunch uses the dotFit line of supplements, reiterating the ABC Fitness lineage. I have found everyone here to be courteous, professional, welcoming and the gym is packed with tonnes of equipment and the gym also boasts a HIIT Room for the highest tier of membership. I would recommend this gym and have been doing so by word of mouth. With any contract that you sign, READ and ask questions. Don't be naive or make assumptions. This is is good gym. I was a member of Gold's Gym DTLA and this gym is a good gym!

I called the next day and got a voicemail. As I was looking to attend a class that day, I did further research and went on their Facebook page and saw various different phone numbers, so I called one. I was told that their 7/3 evening classes were cancelled - although the classes were listed on their website - but I could come to the 9 AM class the next day - 7/4. Then I began getting texts from another person who asked about my availability to talk about Fit Crew. I said I was currently available. I was told I'd get a call in a few minutes, then I got a text two hours later that promised a call. I didn't receive a call at all that day. In spite of all of this, I STILL decided to give them a shot. My best friend and I showed up for 9 AM class. The trainer that was there asks if we were looking for the "Black guy" -- after we've said we were there for boot camp. Then, he explains that the Black guy does the boot camp and he didn't think it was happening due to the holiday. This experience was both unprofessional and a complete waste of time. PS - I got a phone call from the texter 19 hours later.
