Archie Weston has been an incredible asset to EōS Fitness. He provided a thorough tour of the facility and thoughtfully recommended a personal trainer based on the goals and needs I shared. His friendly demeanor, dedication to excellence, and commitment to providing exceptional service truly reflect the class and professionalism that represent EōS Fitness so well. Derek Dunn, my personal trainer, has been absolutely exceptional. He brings a positive attitude, a wonderful sense of humor, and genuine respect and compassion to both his work and his clients. Through training with Derek, I have gained valuable knowledge about how the body works, which has been especially beneficial at this stage of my life. He is patient and supportive, yet consistently encourages me to push myself and stay committed--even on the days when I feel like giving up. I went to a body combat class, which is like kickboxing with Janelle. Very energetic and upbeat. I enjoyed the class. Also attend the dance vibe class with Kami and it is super fun too, it's on Monday and Thursday night. The gym is clean and have all the amenities of a big box, more expensive gym. I have been going about 3 times a week and hope for more. Super convenient and the workouts are fun. I love all things sauna related. How it works: use their app to get in, schedule a class or group of classes. Once you get in there, the classes are playing on the TV. They have about 7 different class types from cycling to yoga to Pilates, barre, rowing and HIIT. They also have a weight area with free weights and machines. You can watch the workouts and do them in each dedicated sauna or in the fx zone. The machine classes are 15 minutes each and you can book them back to back. Each sauna fits 3 people at a time but only once did I have someone else in the class with me. The yoga, Pilates, hiit and barre classes are 45 mins long. The studio is 24/7 so you go when it's convenient. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the studio is nice and clean. They have large restrooms and a shower. Great for a quick workout at lunch time or before or after work. The temps can be adjusted and the sound and lights too depending on how you want to work out. The app works well too and allows you to schedule 3 days out. There are rewards for taking classes and you can use it to track progress or redeem merch. You need a mat and towel from them to use the strength classes like barre, Pilates, hiit, bands, stretching or yoga. They can be rented too. I bought my gear and use it when taking those classes. They provide foam rollers if you need them. I am a fan and can't wait to see results. The only thing I wish they had was treadmill, stair climber, elliptical or more non-machine cardio workouts. Otherwise it's a great concept.

So, my best friend heard about FIT Crew and wanted us to try them out together…read more She called and received a text saying that her call would be returned. It was never returned. I called the next day and got a voicemail. As I was looking to attend a class that day, I did further research and went on their Facebook page and saw various different phone numbers, so I called one. I was told that their 7/3 evening classes were cancelled - although the classes were listed on their website - but I could come to the 9 AM class the next day - 7/4. Then I began getting texts from another person who asked about my availability to talk about Fit Crew. I said I was currently available. I was told I'd get a call in a few minutes, then I got a text two hours later that promised a call. I didn't receive a call at all that day. In spite of all of this, I STILL decided to give them a shot. My best friend and I showed up for 9 AM class. The trainer that was there asks if we were looking for the "Black guy" -- after we've said we were there for boot camp. Then, he explains that the Black guy does the boot camp and he didn't think it was happening due to the holiday. This experience was both unprofessional and a complete waste of time. PS - I got a phone call from the texter 19 hours later.

The team member Victor is an asset to this location, he engages in short but meaningful conversation with members and asks questions about you, even so with other members.
