    Elliptical foot pads
    Jennifer S.

I've enjoyed being a member here. There are an abundance of classes to take. Some require extra payments, which isn't my favorite. Memberships here are already quite pricey. The equipment is always nicely maintained and there are an abundance of different machines. The ellipticals are a bit worn (especially in the foot pad areas) but that's probably because they are constantly used nonstop. The locker room for females (the only one I've been in) is really nice and you have large lockers available. I like that hair dryers and huge mirrors with counters are provided.

I enrolled online. This termination agreement is not available online.

Before you sign for membership, please note the following: 1. Lifetime Fitness is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau 2. They do not give you a printed copy of the contract, but instead ask you to sign digitally, so this is their copy of your signature on file. 3. This signature is the one they will use for all terms, even the automatic magazine subscription. 4. When you cancel specify that you do not need to have your membership on hold. This is so you dont get charged the automatic $10 monthly for a so called non-active fee (membership on hold at a monthly cost) even if you cancel your membership 4. THis is very important, ask for the printed copy of the contract before you sign . 5. READ THE FINE PRINTS. 6. The cancellation terms you read on their website is different from actual contract. 7. If you enroll for an annual membership you can only cancel through death, disability and relocation. 8. They process enrollment online very fast but you can only cancel through personal appearance plus sending of a certified letter by mail, plus the relocation, death, disability requirement for annual members. 9. As per their terms, it will take 30 days to deactivate/cancel membership. 10. Please research about complaints on lifetime fitness before signing 11. Check what other fees they impose like enrollment fee/joining fee, administrative fee, monthly, magazine dues before enrolling.

Lots of awkwardly empty floor space. No decline press cable or chest cable machine.

I can't believe Lifetime puts its brand on this facility. Wayyyy too small and poor locker rooms. Don't waste your time going here.

long review..... I have been a member of this gym for more…read morethan two years. During that time, I have remained patient and understanding despite several ongoing issues, including multiple gas leaks, broken or unsafe equipment ( incl. cycling bikes with no foot straps, unbalanced, removed monitor), and instances where instructors who did not appear to be properly certified were teaching or substituting classes. Unfortunately, my interaction with Mara on 6/10/2026 was the final incident that led me to cancel my membership. I signed in for a cycling class as I have done many times before. After reviewing the class roster, Mara pulled up my account and asked what type of membership I had. She then informed me that my guest would not be allowed to attend the cycling class and stated that guests have Never been permitted to participate in cycling classes but can pay $10 to attend. This was surprising and confusing, as I previously held the highest-level membership and have regularly been encouraged by cycling instructors to bring guests. The gym has even hosted "Friends Ride" events that promoted guest participation. At no point in my membership was I informed that guests were prohibited from attending cycling classes. What was most disappointing was not simply the policy itself, but the manner in which the situation was handled. Mara then produced an old laminated class ticket and handed it to me as though it somehow justified questioning my membership status. The interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational, embarrassing, and dismissive. As a long-term member, I was made to feel singled out in front of others over a policy that either has not been consistently enforced or has not been clearly communicated. Over the past two years, I have repeatedly given the gym and its staff the benefit of the doubt despite numerous concerns. I even wrote reviews praising some of their excellent trainers. However, this experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a loyal member. There was no reason for me to be publicly questioned or embarrassed regarding a policy that appears inconsistent with my previous experiences and the messaging I have received from instructors. As a result of this interaction, I made the decision to cancel my membership. I wanted corporate leadership to be aware that my decision was not based on a single policy disagreement, but on a pattern of issues culminating in an interaction that I found unprofessional and unnecessarily discourteous. The pictures posted are all from Crunch employees encouraging bringing a friend to cycling classes.

However, in October 2019 I was charged by accident (since PPP has my card for automatic payment) and the owner promised to refund my money. It has been 10 MONTHS, ALMOST A YEAR of texting Billie to please refund my money back. I have sent emails, called, sent a family member since I'm out of the country and even texted the other instructors to see if someone can please help me. During 10 months all I have received is all sort of excuses. The owner said that they can't refund my money directly to my card because it wouldn't go through a system that they are using, however they charged me again in a different month by mistake again and that the money was refunded immediately. The owner asked me then to give her my address so that they could send a check and I never received it. When I asked if the check was sent, Billie said that a check was sent on January 19th, which is impossible, since I gave her my address on January 25th. I have been trying to get my refund back, and at this point Billie hasn't even responded to any of my last 5 messages asking for a refund. That is completely unnecessary, and unprofessional. The pandemic (one of the excuses) is not valid since this money was charged 5 months before the pandemic started. There is absolutely no reason why I shouldn't be paid back, especially when Billie has promised to do so. It is disrespectful to not take care of client's needs in a timely manner, being treated as some sort of gas lighting inconvenience, especially when you promote wellness. All I want is my money back, and to let others know so that they may protect their money from PPP automatic payment system and not go through what I have. Keeping others belongings to oneself has a name. It is called stealing. And I am hoping that this is not the case. Nevertheless, dissapointed. Kind Regards, Fiorella Vélez
